So speaking of that play to Robinson, why is the crossing pattern in college so hard to stop?

Bama runs them all game and for years that’s what Petrine was known for even back to original UL days. All the high caliber offenses consistently run crosses for huge plays.

I’m not just talking about sneaking a TE across the field. It can be, and in this case it is, the best WR on the team in a situation NO ONE else is being targeted, and it’s wide open!

Regardless, Robinson’s ability to shake the tackle and get the ball to the 1 was surreal. Sick and in bed I made myself light headed and dizzy screaming and hollering “Go BABY, GO GO”. The wife came in saying I guess you aren’t that sick huh.

- F tOSU! LMAO at these clowns getting smoked back to back to finish a season.

I am burnt, tired, sore, dehydrated, voice scratchy, and completely euphoric that we pulled that game out. So damn hot, but amazing seats. Things looked bleak, but Wandale, Will, and C-Rod created the late game magic.
Oh, and D-Square clinching the game with that INT after getting hurt. Love that guy, too.
Good seeing Chris Oats on the field pre-game.

Shout out to Austin Dotson. The most KY mfer I’ve ever seen had himself a day. He mauled some fools, made a couple bone headed plays, rolled at least one guy after the whistle, and was pivotal in the game winning run….after setting us back 5 yards. I just love how that dude looks, and he plays just like he looks. Here’s to you mountain man. Great career.

A team like OSU should mean nothing to me, but somehow I am clearly enjoying this *** whoopin!

I haven’t kept count but the B10 conference seemingly as been crap in bowl season.

- Will admit to falling into despair at the end of the 3rd. Left our family gathering in Lexington assuming that we were headed towards a 24-13 L. Pretty excited to walk into Kroger(s) and discover that I was wrong. I love being wrong about stuff like this.

- Brad White got a lot of grief (understandably/justifiably) after that Tennessee debacle, but to have held Iowa to 17 today with that patchwork quilt of a defense today was pretty stellar work. I'm fascinated to see who Stoops can lure to be Sumrall's replacement at that LB coach spot. Would love to see him take a run at Christian Robinson, the Florida LB coach who wasn't retained by Napier. He's coached future pros and is known for being a strong recruiter.

- If you were watching Lexington coverage of the game, what in the world happened with that WTVQ weather break-in? Their chief meteorologist looked like he'd never been on TV before. Actually, he also looked like he had never talked about storms before. Essentially bowed out and let his backup take over. And he's an older guy, so it's not like he's new to this. But it was bizarre enough for me to look away from the game on the split-screen and watch him instead. Channel 36 really is like a public-access channel, as Booker tweeted.

- Miracle Whip is fine, but not when compared to legit mayo like Duke's. Still, it's the only kind my mom bought growing up. Begged her to switch to Hellman's, wouldn't do it. Haven't bought any Miracle Whip of my own ever. Other grocery items my parents/grandparents always bought that I never have/will....7-Up (my dad's favorite) and braunschweiger (my grandfather's snack while watching Braves games).

- Kyle Whittingham is one of the most underappreciated coaches in college football. No surprise he had his team ready, even if they are facing tOSU-lite.
