Other than being a tacky statement did I miss the GYERO page where everyone said their home price, interest rate, and terms? How the hell would you know if your rent is more than anyones mortgage?

What a disgusting, ******, dreary winter day. Would be amazing being in Vegas to watch the cats beat UNC
I know not many, if any, are paying more than you:wink:

My house is paid for.
Did you scream "I'm DEBT FREEEEEEEEE!" on the Dave Ramsey Show?

My goal is to get the house paid off within the next 18 months. My wife has already started house shopping because a 2,000 square foot house worth about $300k is not optimal for two adults and a dog, so I'm not sure how long I'll be able to keep up mortgage-free life.

So for those keeping track at home :

3 months ago it was "Life's a party" living with 3 dudes, splitting rent because housing in OMG Key MFN West is too high, doing blow, bitches galore, one one night flings smashing nothing under a 9.75, non stop partying including Hurricane parties that make Vegas Pool Parties look like small gatherings on the back patio in dreary KY, and having THE BEST gig in town laying down $800-$1000 per night in tips slinging liquor to ****** guest (who have the nerve to ask for recs) but actually tip so well they pay his 6 figure earnings all the while having a side gig using the great SS Minnow steal of century purchase to make another $100K,.... to can't stand living with coke heads, now I am out of work I quit the used to be BEST job on Earfff but can now afford to purchase a Mega Mansion in the same area where housing is thru the roof, and has a even better life than the NOW ****** previous one ??? Does that about cover it ? Wise man once told me, "Telling the truth, you do not have to lie to cover the lies you told. Somebody got bored telling the same glamorous life story too many times and needed to switch up to a new glamorous lifestyle, but forgot the stories told about said previous one. GD my head hurts, I need some of that Great Key West blow that is now not wanted by the Rock Star, Scoot Scooting, Playboy GYERO resident. He is now just a simple, self employed business owner not currently raking $$$, but has a better life and better housing arrangements BY HIMSELF.
Sorry so long, but you can't give the short version to this fairy tale.

How bout dem HillToppers ? 59-38 drumming of Appy State, another typical ho hum 33/47,(71%) 422 yard, 6 TD's for Zappe. Dude smashed every record for QB's in college football.
For the YEAR his stats :
5,967 yards (427 yards per game) 476/687 (70% completion percentage)
62 TD's (4.43 per game) against only 11 INT's (.79 per game) over 4-1 TD ratio.
Over 167% QB rating for the year
IDGAF what conference he played in, the dude balled out. WKU averaged over 44 points per game, lowest scored was 31 against Michigan State, against MSU he went for 46/63 (73% completion rate) / 489 yards / 3 TD's / 0 INT's.
WKU started the year 1-4 and ended up 9-5 including a bowl win. Not bad, they are fun to watch, season tickets are dirt cheap, nice little stadium, not a bad seat in the house, and only 1.5 miles from the crib.

I have two teams, Kentucky and who ever is playing Louisville. That is how is know they are and will be at the top of the hate list. However, UNC is most definitely way up there, along with Duke. Indiana used to be up there, until the "I" was for irrelevant. I'm not sure if there are really levels of hate, because I do hate UNC and hope they never have any success at anything. Oh yeah, LexHeelFanColetheasshole is a POS

Seriously speaking, is NIL not good for UL? I mean these are ok players they have no doubt, but my goodness I had to listen to how much their basketball program brings in annually for years! Like they actually had better numbers than us because of their sweetheart deal at YUM.

But this is something to see a team I’d expect from SEC West or mediocre B10.

UL lols sweet mercy they’re in a doozy of a stretch on a whole. Not their worst mind you, as they have had even doozy-er, but still [laughing]

Because how many people in Kentucky period pay $3000/month for a mortgage?

And Jesus I hate answering this touch but I’ve never lived with 3 guys, just 1 and I don’t do blow, it’s disgusting. Didn’t read the rest so there’s that I guess.

Hilltopper daily double, added bonus for beating UL on the second leg of the DD. Well done Tops, thanks. Now if the GD Cats can pull off the win against UNC, my day will be complete. May even bust out the Goose for added celebration. SEVERAL Miller Lite in the bottle, capped off with a few pours of GG with pineapple juice to finish it off. Oh well, if they lose, I can use the pours to drown my sorrow of another ****** game I had to sit thru. Please you Lunatic, screaming, maniac give me just ONE moment, just ONE, I need to see HOPE this will not be a miserable year watching what I used to enjoy. Not asking for TOO much, earn your keep.
