I'm an original member, always been cranky as hell, and if anyone has something against me, they can **** off.
Never back down. Never apologize.

Brooks off dribble. Air ball.
Brooks subsequent catch and Shoot, same possession. Nets.
Keep it simple

I'm liking this Wheeler-Mintz-TyTy backcourt a lot.
Love Mintz. What a freaking gift to have him back and coming off the bench.
Tyty rebounding like each one is a new NIL deal.

Some dudes just have an instinct for where the ball is going to go off the rim. Oscar is one of those dudes.
I dunno, he's gone the hell off, and has been our best scorer. I don't have a problem with it
But I'm not a basketball. I freely admit that.
I forgot, or didn’t know, that we were playing tonight until I logged on here. Was busy making loaded potato soup for supper. Respect my decision
Cal upgraded to a Rally House pullover from the Costco one earlier this week
That’s why you’re one of my favs. And because I still have several Chester Marcol cards.
This team just plays hard. Plays like a bunch of upper class kids who have some young guys that are really talented.
Speaking of, Wheeler is everything we've bitched about guarding for the last decade with our 6'6 PG's. Just plays incredibly well with this group.

Close game, Cats pull ahead, and then go for the kill. That last part has been missing for a long time.
Great stuff from Mintz tonight.
Oscar still ends up with double digit rebs. F’ing beast

Controversial Take Coming...
I like this team. Pieces are there for a really fun season. We'll see how Cal utilizes them moving forward. Not sure the ceiling on this team but I like them.

I love this game for MANY reasons. Short version:
-Played a half without Oscar.
-Brooks found (and hopefully better understands) his role.
-Ty got going
——-WE PLAYED OUR BEST 6-7 PLAYERS THE SECOND HALF WITH NO POINTLESS SUBS OR STUPID *** RIDICULOUS COMMUNISM LINEUPS AND ABSOLUTELY DOMINATED
…among several other bright spots. Very valuable game.

I think the same 5 played the last 12 minutes. Seemed like it anyway.
That was an impressive second half. Like Wodie mentioned early on, great to see us handle a LONG stretch without Oscar.
I like how interchangeable the guards are. TyTy is legit, Wheeler is a tazmanian devil. So far, seems like we are trading off Grady and Mintz games. Will be fun with they have it going on the same night.
Oh, and we have our Swiss army knife Toppin still waiting in the wings. Like our team

Shewee that halftime bet -7 was a bad beat. That last steal and layup burned plus they were up 15 45 seconds before that.
It was 40-38 at halftime and they won by 18. Da fuq you talking about now?
Zags tipping off vs Bellarmine.
Secondary embarrassment knowing alum Tony had ZERO clue, and Bandwagon Brooksie likely didn’t either.
Smh.

Like Patric Young in the studio.
This was quintessential Calipari. We win the game by dominating the offensive glass, doubling the opponents free throws, and playing stingy defense inside from 2.
Really anyone is an improvement over Pat f’n Bradley.
I didn’t mind Bradley.

I posted something similar in here weeks ago and was roasted. Ended up having to backhand Richie who may be my favorite poster in here.
This place - GYERO- is teetering on awful. Too many negative bitches about everything. They brag about how great their lives are one minute then ***** and moan and are miserable the next.
Didn’t notice the “Cal will never change” crowd mentioning that lineup with Hopkins/Brooks at the 4/5 much. They didn’t notice the recruiting or the current roster either. Could be they’re miserable c***s, I don’t know.
Cal’s adjusted. He’s tinkering. We’re not going to be the Morey Rockets, but we’re playing a more modern style.
