Play #1 and #3 he cooked him, #2 he walked. Moved both feet without dribbling after giving up his dribble.
Maxey has been playing pretty damn good this year, but he is young and will get picked on, see Quickley, Immanuel.
KJ is really having a solid start and has gotten significantly better in the last half season.
Someone who is NOT cooking, PJ Washington, dat girl got him all kinds of shook.

Yeah it’s only been a decade since he became a big time wrestler and I don’t watch wrestling. Then again, I don’t even know what go Brandon means so there’s that. And no I don’t want to google it, I’d rather be ignorant.

I genuinely love this thread, been reading since '06 or '07. I also really enjoy Rogue and Wayne here and there.

But for the love of God tone it down losers. Nobody is that interesting that we need 4 posts a page. They wrote 1 f*cking testament about Christ, you two have written the same amount of words this month...

I really am genuinely disturbed by our spread. Small home favorites and/or underdogs is typically where I love gambol. That said we have legit covered 4-5 games in a row now and are due to not cover, which is why I was hopeful for a TD at least!

The other thing I love is the u ranked favorite over a favorite. But this year it’s absolutely not hitting even if the team wins the spread isn’t covered.

For the season what I fear most is a sleep walk type game against MSU or UT, and that would be a disaster!

Basically F Vegas for ruining my Saturday 6 days in advance.

Stupid MFers!

The media is baffling. Everyone is dissecting this KC season based on the last two *** kickings they took and all they are talking about is how Mahomes needs help. Is anyone going to say the obvious? He's playing like a 20-30 QB right now. Tons of horrible decisions that lead to picks and 0 ball security on runs.

I get that you could argue the D doesn't allow him to make mistakes which causes him to "press" but that's nothing new. Simply put, Mahomes is just bad this year, thus far.

Our football team thrives on disrespect in the polls and Vegas. They'll be fired up come Saturday night.

McMurphy has UK-Iowa St as his Sugar Bowl matchup. Yes, please.

Jeff Fisher as the USC coach??? That would be a turrible hire.

Disagree. His Oline is horrible! They had been last year too but no one could figure out their scheme.

You honestly do not have to concern your defense with their run at all. And if you keep a safety overtop of Hill’s side of the field, sort of like a loose double cover, they do nothing schematically fast enough to stop an average Dline from getting to Mahomes.

So saying he needs help isn’t just about position players, as much as it is his Oline.

The year they won the super bowl they were a top 10 running team too.

Then add to that that they are literally the worst run defense and it’s all bad!

Yep. It's like flipping a coin 4 times and all are tails. That 5th flip, it's impossible for it to be tails again. Like 99.9% chance it can't be.

Actually it isn’t the same as flipping a coin, just like that 5th flip isn’t 99% likely to go tails again.

Stick to politics, you are better at that.

I understand the trepidation, it has been long built into our DNA, but this team just “feels” different. Also, Stoops addressed this tonight on his show. Said the UTC game showed them they couldn’t take a game off and the team learned from it. Win Saturday and no freaking way they sleep walk through that Tennessee game, not with how electric Commonwealth will be. Especially with a 7pm start. The game at Vandy, that one I “might” be worried about.

No one can pressure wash as good as I.

I bet I’d give you a run for your money. Give me a hot, humid July day and I can flat out clean a bunch of stuff. Love doing it for some reason.

* I can't see TyTy Washington without thinking of Snoop from The Wire. They are identical in the face. Hopefully he's as ruthless a killer on the court as she was on the streets of Bodymore, Murderland.

(Waterhead Wayne -- do not respond to this.)

* Mississippi State good or nah? They're 4-3 with a loss to Memphis but they've also beat TAMU.

If the ESPN stats are correct, their QB averages 56.5 pass attempts per game this year. I don't know if we have the CBs and consistent pass rush to defend that many passes. We have 3 interceptions and 14 sacks so far this year. That's not terrible but certainly not great.

The lifelong UK fan in me thinks this is the perfect trap game coming off the bye with the fanbase gearing up to boo Tennessee into submission the week after. Hopefully I'm wrong.

* Is there anything more horrifying for a married man than going away for a weekend with your buddies and your wife texting you to let you know that she did some "organizing" while you were gone? It will be years before I find half my ****, assuming it wasn't "accidentally" thrown away or taken to Goodwill.

But it looks so COZY now! Don't you just love it? :flush:

I assume this is how women's suffrage happened -- collectively women encouraged the menfolk to take a much deserved weekend trip with their friends only for the men to return home to the 19th Amendment.

I’m 15 minutes up in this Theo Von “Regular People” and it better pick the **** up.

Edit: made it through 45 minutes and it never got any better. I’ll just assume the last 20 were good and be fine without wasting my time.
Totally agree. It was more spoken word than comedy. His first special was decent but this one didn't have a lot of laughs for me.

I saw the Theo Von special Friday night so I felt like I was out in front of something in here for the first time ever. I did not care for it. There was not much "material" and he just did some storytelling and maybe ad-libbed a few things. I know that is sort of his style, but I just didn't like this one. I haven't liked most of the mainstream comedians newest stuff. Seems forced and not well prepared which I guess is sorta understandable.

You know who's a failed stand up comedian?

KingLlama.

- Fixed it for you.

- I know it's early, and he's still a knucklehead, but I'm still encouraged by Herro's early performances off the bench. Nine assists last night, scored a ton of points the other night. Being in the structure and culture of the Heat w/Spoelstra, Riley, et al. is probably doing as much as anything to keep his head on straight.

- Was excited for what I think will be an intriguing WS (non-Sloot), but then I realized that Joe Buck and John Smoltz are on the mic not only for this series, but EVERY YEAR THROUGH 2028. And that means we get that ridiculous pre- and post-game panel of Papi, A-Rod, and Frank Thomas. Might just do what the old-timers did with Cawood back in the day, and listen to Boog Sciambi call it on ESPN Radio.

- Sports pet peeve....when athletes have to have more than just the first initial of their first name on the back of their jerseys if they share a last name with a teammate. I get why, I just hate it.

- My youngest decided she's not trick-or-treating this year, the last year she could "technically" do it under assumed age rules. I won't lie, it's kinda affecting me a bit. Another rite of passage as your kids grow up, I guess, but just a reminder that IT ALL HAPPENS SO FAST TIME SLOW DOWN CRYING EMOJI

Halloween is by far the biggest annual event in my town. 2 entire streets blocked off and decorated. Think Hillcrest on steroids. Garage parties, teens running around everywhere, moms dressed up. A slight Hubie Halloween vibe. Super pumped that it’s back. Last year was a Covid dud.
