Thanks for your contribution.

Put a slug in your mug; overdose on a drug
Wet your hand, stick a knife in the plug
Or be like Richard Pryor, set your balls on fire
Better yet, go hang yourself with a barbed wire

- I ended up drinking at a bar with a bunch of teachers and the principal from my kids’ school after this charity event I went to tonight. Man, teachers are a lot cooler than I remember them.

- The principal is this 45 year old vixen. Her husband is cool. I’ve never seriously considered swinging, but I may propose it.

- Yeah, that’s where I’m at right now.

- Alec Baldwin killed another human being today.

- Dusty Baker made the WS. Good for him. Now win won you crusty old son of a *****.

- 45 year old principals. Yeah mon.

I'll think about it....I notice, despite the hate, you never said I was wrong.

-Had a grand ol time hanging out with best bud and his wife and kids yesterday. Went on a “wagon hike” out in Goshen Park right next to their house. Dang kids are fun when they’re happy and all but once they’re upset shewboy it’s a HANDFUL. I enjoy it either way. Nice to be around them.

-Went and had lunch at Hurstbourne Country Club yesterday with a very old family friend, that is a cool ol building and area. I had never been there before and enjoyed it thoroughly. Great views some talent working the service.

-What’re the GYEROBetting takes for the day? I wanted that Oregon +3 @UCLA but by the time I got there it was +1.
Utah-3 🤷🏼‍♂️
ND -7 🤔

-Nothing I like more than reading about mid 40s white people from Kentucky break down wrap. I’d love to hear the artists response to, “So Jeezy/RZA, gobigbluebell from Lietchfield, KY thinks….”

-I spend a LOT on gym clothes. Sweats via Amazon (whatever is cheapest/decent), grab about 10 shirts from Salvation Army/goodwill for $14 total(cut sleeves off), then a decent pair of relatively cheap shoes that are “gym only” and wear those for two years. It really catches up with you quickly, guys.

You need of lifting shoes? Are you getting paid to lift? Nope. GTFOH.

Gotta have that new $70 Gym Shark shirt because it says Gym Shark but besides that is the same as my Goodwill shirt…cool, GTFOH.

Definitely have to spend about 20 minutes putting on my kinesiology tape for my one hour workout sesh, color coordinated with my outfit of course, GTFOH.

I also drag a gym bag around with me big enough that you’re not sure if I’m heading to airport after the gym or homeless, GTFOH.

Don’t forget my gallon of water that I walk around with nice and luke warm, yum. Wasn’t sure how to calculate my water intake unless I just bring the whole touching gallon, not like 4 liters makes a gallon and much easier to transport but how would you know I’m trying way too hard unless I had the old school gallon, GTFOH.

Obviously spend your money on whatever makes you happy this is just gym bro judging gym super bro bro.

Do bros still rip the sleeves off t shirts all the way down to the point that there’s barely a stitch of fabric on either side of their waist holding it together?

Guess so.

I mean, I definitely rip them off with my hands because that’s how strong I am, the soyboys use scissors I guess. But yes, cutoffs are definitely still a thing.

- With what little I watched of that scrimmage last night, there was one thing that stood out to me. The talent disparity from last year’s squad and the new guys was glaring. Hopefully Cal won’t be undermanned like last year ever again.

- Weak slate of college football today. Probably in for wild ride!

- Daughter turning 14 in a few days. Having her big birthday celebraish this weekend. Last night it was dinner out with her 5 besties at a cool, local restaurant. My wife, son, and I had to be seated at a different table away from her so they could gossip and take pictures of their food to post on social media, apparently. Yippee.

Smoking chili for the family gathering today as I take my son to a neighboring town for football. Set it and forget it. Mid October through Thanksgiving is BY FAR the easiest time for me to not have alcohol touch my lips. It’s not because I don’t want it, it’s because there is no time.

- Dry out today, GYERO!

Nike metacons, ten thousand shorts, underarmor shirt.
Figures a guy like you who neglects leg day would settle for ****** Nike kicks.

When you’re ready to take your health and lower body serious, grab a pair of Brooks Levitates. By far most comfortable shoe out there for anyone who puts stress on their stems or pounds the pavement.

Or better yet, grab these beauties (pair nicely with the shirt PTI described) if you really want to roll with the elite gym rats of the world like pretzel.

Vans Sk8-hi and Chuck Taylors are the greatest lifting shoes ever made. I’d rock those Van Halen chucks for sure. Squishy soles are a huge detriment to stability and generating power when you’re lifting (even upper body dumbbell work). I know diddly about actual running shoes because I don’t do that and for just kicking around or running errands I wear Nike Air Max 270s like the basic ***** I am.

I don’t get paid to lift (I wish) but I do have dedicated squat shoes. For the average gym goer that would be super overkill.

tech fabrics like UA are fantastic the first 4 wears but then they get baked in stank from sweat + laundry. Unfortunate.

I came back down to earth last week (3-4) after scorching it the 3 weeks before, so tread lightly if considering any of these.

Cincy -28 @ Navy - Cincy has to impress I guess. They will try to run it up for style points for the committee to see.

Texas Tech +1 vs K-State - Slight home dog, yes I will bite. K-State hasn't beat anyone good, TT won @ WVU @Houston (Houston's only loss).

Penn St. -24 vs Illinois - Penn State is just that much better, a little worried about the back door cover, but will throw a $1 on it.

FSU -35 vs UMASS - In the words of the great Charles Barkley, "they terribull". UMASS that is. UMASS losses :
51-7 (Pitt)
45-28 (BC)
42-28 (E. Michigan)
53-3 (Coastal Carolina)
45-7 (Toledo)

Have not had a chance to look at mid-afternoon / prime time games.

Edited :
Purdue +4 vs Whiskey
Clempson / Pitt over 47
*******BIGGEST BET OF THE DAY********** Must Play
Louisville -4 vs BC

Looking at very closely : LSU / Ole Miss over 76. Leaning over, need to look a bit closer at it, the QB for Ole Miss' status for the game. Corral has been dinged up. If he is out, bets off or the under is the play.

Houston -13 vs E. Carolina

I still wear my 1998 version UK basketball shorts to the gym. They look like I bought them yesterday. Have no idea how they've held up like this for 23+ years.

About 5-6 pairs of running shorts. Racing shirts on top when temps get below 55 or so, no shirt (by popular demand) when 55 or above.

*Feels like a sportsbook kind if day.

*Feeling a bit off this morning. Gustavo's last night celebrating a birthday then a few drinks at the home of the neighborhood weatherman.

*This argument about shirs, short, and shoes is exactly why I don't work out. Hehe.

Tough one today, catsfan. Let’s go chasin’!

Lane Kiffin, man. Wearing the Manning 10 hoodie. Honoring Eli. He will land Arch no matter where he’s coaching. Ole Miss needs to hold on to him with diamond hands!

Also, has Kiffin become such an exceptional heel that we now cheer him for what he is? Kinda like how it happened with Ric Flair and Stone Cold? I should hate him, but I find myself cheering for him for some reason.

Apparently I misunderstood the new overtime rule. I thought if you scored a TD then you had to attempt a 2pt conversion starting in the 3rd OT. But the rule is one 2pt conversion per team until a winner is decided starting in the 3rd OT. I like it. After watching the 9OT PSU/ILL game the new rule is ********.

Oh...And Doc Fauci along with the NIH were apparently funding puppy murder.

I think LSU picks up the unexpected W today.

I don’t hate Kiffin as much today as I used to, because he’s actually earned this job, but I still root against him always.

I thought 9OT was hyperbole so I checked the scoreboard. How in the hell can 2 teams combine for less than 40 points playing 9 OTs? Never change, Big However Many!
