Does anyone here actually prepare anything remotely cajun when you’re cooking?

i’m thinking boudan and gumbo mostly -

im betting someone does -

there’s just too much appreciation for eating well - and too many encounters with LSU tail gates

Boudan is pretty much different depending who makes it i guess - but i’d be really interested in hearing if any regulars to GYERO-Country get down like that —

it’s not very “kentucky” after all
The boudin was delivered overnight express this morning for the boudin cheesy dip I’m making. Decided against boudin balls because I didn’t wanna operate the fryer during the tailgate again. I didn’t make the boudin myself because I don’t have time this week.

I’m also making king cake bites.

I don’t typically cook Cajun. It’s good, but it’s pretty heavy.

rudd, is this a duck gumbo? And let me know what you decide about oysters so I can make the proper menu sign.

I also ordered chicken étouffée, crawfish étouffée and red beans from B&T.

I do have room for a rice cooker. We will also have a gallon of rice from B&T. I have an instant pot if you wanna use that instead of lugging a rice cooker over.

Michael Eaves was running his mouth about the UK football job yesterday on the Paul Finebaum Show. How Stoops should take the next job. So I’m on hold to let Paul and the gang now what’s up.

Wow Brady. What an entirely MSM style recap of that interview.

Your sentiments are So False. Eaves was great.

He’s all UK, certainly more than your Hollywood Tennessee ***.

Graduated from mine & Killa HS, and reps UK incessantly when appropriate everywhere he appears, which is a lot.

Embarrassing.

TNF- Rams @ Seahawks
Rams -2.5 ( I know, public money is over 65% for Rams, BUT, sometimes the better team covers)
Over 53 Rams / Seahawks - Seahawks defense is terrible, Rams O is #1. Seattle needs to get 20-24.
Russell over 1.5 TD's passing (-160) Only way they will score, Chris Carson not playing
Russell Wilson over 267 passing yards (-115) W / Chris Carson out, pass, pass, pass
Tyler Lockett over 67.5 receiving yards (-115)
Robert Woods over 56.5 receiving yards (-115)
Van Jefferson scores a TD (+250)
Darrell Henderson over 67 rushing yards (-115)

I think the Rams will get out in front early, extend the lead, Seattle plays from behind all night, thus pass, pass, pass, cheap easy scores late. After the Super Saturday i had (15-3) in college, I am in a zone.
ATTN TakeAdueceon22 _ I am posting BEFORE the game starts, so I have no idea if I am only posting winners, Just so happens Saturday, everything I posted BEFORE the games started hit. Your dumb *** comment "Why do we only hear about the winners, still sounds just a stupid tonight as it did Saturday. I hope the little ***** that also talked ****, at least took my late night 2 GIFTS and took his girl out for dinner on Ole Catsfanbgky. The late gifts was Penn St. -11 vs Indiana (24-0), never in doubt, and Michigan St. -10 over WKU (it was 45-16 in the 4th qtr. before some late gimmie TDs for WKY 48-31 final)

I would welcome an opportunity to interview krazy.
MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I’ve enjoyed your podcast. Your remark about Copperhead Road making Kentucky fans punch someone in the face “I’ve seen it happen” truly made me lol. Kudos for stepping out and giving it a shot. And tell brother Andy a pledge from his SEA days says hello.

Did anybody catch the “hide the strap” story on KSR?

As a child in Youngstown, Mark Stoops and his friends would play a game called hide the strap. Someone hides the strap, and then whoever finds it gets to beat the others with the strap.

I wouldn’t trade Mark Stoops for anybody. He’s made for this program. I will ride with that mfer forever. He’s so red and so ornery. Word to Waka Flaka Flame.

(Vito Tisdale also plays hide the strap)

All this makes me dizzy.

No doubt in my mind you spent way too long drumming this up, and I hate that for you.

Vegas/NFL does not take this much work I promise.

Just sat down to watch. MIL birthday went off without any issues.

Up 4, like catsfag knew we would be, and we get the ball to start the half? Not sure what’s led to this but this is a Seattle type game from what I see.

Except Russel just dislocate his middle finger on his throwing hand, that’s worrisome.

Have always thought Lou Lou was one of the best overall restaurants in town, especially considering its casual & inexpensive nature.

Every GD thing on that menu is 🔥, or looks 🔥

I'll add that to the other 264 "best restaurant" in Louisville you have gone on record with.
