I love coffee shops and meetups with friends/dates at them, just a great chill atmosphere when done right.
-Haven’t left my house in 3 days post bunion surgery and never would’ve guessed how hot amd* tiring crutches are when you don’t have the ability to use a leg. Used to be fun as a kid when you were just skipping around swinging your legs through them.
Also don’t forget how terrifying it is having a metal pin sticking a half inch out of your second toe. It’s “protected“ sort of, with a metal bumper around your foot but I’ve still felt it get grazed a couple times and I immediately think it’s all over. Plus, I’m sure you can imagine all the two dogs want to do is explore and smell dads new toy. Some heavy snout slaps the last few days.
Also, haven’t showered since the morning of surgery, that’s fun. Haven’t changed pants either because I’m nervous about taking them over my foot and putting new ones on. Hoping to accomplish both those tasks as well today.

-Going to try and leave the house to get a new phone today. I’ve been without a phone for a week and it’s time to get one. Haven’t heard from my green text buddies since then. Never bought a NEW phone but I’m tired of refurbished $400 iPhone 8’s dying after a year or less.
Of course the dude at the phone store said we got some 12s bro but you should wait, that 13 comes out next week!
