Pastner is a possibility, though not a good one. Miles Simon and Tommy Lloyd are being mentioned as well. Lloyd is Few's HC in waiting so that would be interesting.
Pastner wouldn't be MY first choice. But I bet he still has a lot of pull there, and since he has coached at a Power Five school, he'll get a call.
I'd see if Mike Woodson would take it. Then maybe Hubert Davis, and then Dawn Staley. And if all three of them say no, I'd call Stoudamire.

In his prime, as your hypothetical situation stated, I'd take Rupp over Pitino, Cal in third and then Tubby or Hall fourth with Sutton in fifth. Don't GAF about the rest.

I've spent the last hour trying to figure out how to watch or at least listen to the Reds game while I'm working. I'm subscribed to MLB.tv and multiple streaming services with sports packages. Blacked out everywhere. Even on the radio affiliates' web streaming sites. The only solution I've found is to have it playing on the radio in my car, while it's pulled up to my office window with the car and office windows open. If I lived a little further away, though, and was less likely to be a Reds fan, it'd be no trouble at all. The MLB media blackout policy is mystifyingly dumb*.

I stream the Reds games live. There’s a delay between hearing the fireworks go off in the distance and then seeing the home run on TV but that’s life in a major league metropolitan area.

Give me Joe B. He won a title, made another title game while beating an undefeated IU on the way and made another FF his second to last year. Eddie had a #1 seed squad with a Sr Kenny Walker and lost to an 11 seed in the E8 that we had already beaten 3 times. Sutton also had a So Chapman, Sr Davender, a fifth year Winston Bennett along with a surging Eric Manuel but couldn't get by a 6th seeded Nova team in the Sw16.
