Honestly I think #ModernaGang should get access to suites at sporting events going forward. Not for the perks, mind you, but more to avoid the Pfizer and J&J riff raff.

Willy made a good point, as did the loyal reader who mentioned Baylor. But my counterpoint to both of them is that Cal has proven he can only win with SUPERIOR talent. That means dudes who play one year and go to the pros. The guys who are transferring - for the most part - aren’t lottery material. And since we all now know Cal can’t coach for **** in the 2021 world of basketball, we’re screwed.
As long as the Redlegs keep averaging 9 runs a game I think they will be alright.

Anyone pointing to Baylor and their transfers conveniently leaves out that their 4 transfers had a combined 10 years of experience... at Baylor. They weren't grad transfers or planning to bounce after 1 year.
If you can't keep elite talent for more than a year... and you can't keep non-elite talent for more than a year... and your transfers will only be here a year...
