So after 3 months on back order, finally got my OONI, Koda 16. It’s sweet. Has the option of wood pellets or charcoal, but just using gas for now. That sum ***** gets hot. Clocked mine at 899F after about 20-30 warm up.
First attempt went pretty well. 60 seconds for thin crust pizza. Made our own dough from scratch. Just used classic flour, salt, yeast, and water. Hit up Wayne for some recipes, will try his method next time perhaps.
Overall very impressed with it. Looking forward to hosting a pizza party. Can’t wait to try a steak in there too.
