- slammed at work, but '21 is off to a hell of a start. guess that means I can kick back and chow down on some bbq for the foreseeable future?

- man, that bryant app is super slick and easy to schedule a service. almost makes you wonder why Big A keeps his offspring around? could also explain the high post count.

- what idiot scheduled the s16/e8 Saturday - Tuesday rather than Thursday - Sunday? just continued asinine decision making from the 2A in the name of "safety".

- lol at doing intermittent fasting if you workout regularly. tried that for a few days at 735's suggestion and couldn't stick with it. need fuel to recover and 8 hours a day doesn't cut it.

sure it's a great way to kickstart weight loss and better than fad diets, but it stops there. especially when you have to postpone your first caloric intake until late morning. not to go all big brother but breakfast > all other meals if you're trying to get your metabolism in order.

use it to get to a good spot then switch to 5-6 high protein low carb meals -> profit, with or without tabasco.

- tickets purchased for Nats @ Dbacks while I'm working in the desert this May. also the only location baseball indoors is acceptable.

news flash for anyone planning a trip to the yard / riverfront - no indoor bar access per mlb rules regardless of vaccination so springing for club level seats are really only good for the view.

- snagged a red label EW12 and will be sampling this weekend. giddy.

- IU basketball is basically a club team these days.

- any form of a spring game going to take place and be televised? need a glimpse of what Coen has in mind.

- the new post layout needs to be cancelled. and an authentic  added during the next system maintenance would be nice.

Got lucky again today- part of the house flooded, but the worst of todays tornadoes hit a couple minutes down the road. My man, James Spann was reporting live as a tornado was hitting his own house.

This....

Did this for a really long track....

It’s nice to be at a point I don’t give a **** anymore. Stay and do what you said you were going to do, and don’t be a *****, which is my preference. Or leave and look like a coward jackass with 1 title and a 9-16 team on your way out. Either way we are Kentucky and we are gonna win a title this decade.

21 football cats with a 21st century offense has me feeling like 09 bball cats. I’ve watched every single tidbit of coverage, and player interview. I hope the SEC has, too, because we’re coming. We are jacked and loaded at basically every position.

Cal can suck my *** as long as Mark is getting it done. I don’t care for the Mickey Mouse basketball bs. Awful product played by little boys. Let me know whenever we start recruiting dudes again.

The crazy thing is that the basketball cats had a better winning percentage in the SEC than the football cats did this year.

Not if you only utilize the originally scheduled SEC slate. Giving the football Cats Alabama seems slightly unfair in using this as the comparison.

Last year was the equivalent of a 9-4 season.

I must have missed this, but earlier this month Skip Bayless signed a 4 year / $32 million deal with Fox.

WTF?

He's absolutely insufferable. If I see that idiot, I immediately turn the channel. I guess contrived hot takes are more popular than I ever imagined. Good for him for getting paid, I guess, but a world where ESPN cans every good journalist and that f***muppet gets $8M/year is stupid.

^that's an odd animal to suggest humping.

-So Bonz hates on one nutritional fad in favor of another. Especially low carb, lolz. K. Breakfast has never meant much to me, unless I'm hungover. Like wodie said. I've been doing it over a year now but the big change was the pre made meals. Imo, find something that works with the least amount of effort and change.

-Picked up NBA21k. Games are slightly more complicated these days. 😳

-new batch of candied jalapeños. Got have those dudes around to kick up bland meals. Fish tacos and salads get the most play.

I’ve not been a fan of Wilderness Trail either. It’s all just really young, maybe it’ll get better as it ages. Glad you enjoying Cawood.

Congrats on the EW12 bonz. Now that’s a fantastic bottle.

Bourbon gods have been good to me lately. Can’t wait to get my barrel pick from Krazy.

I enjoy Wilderness Trail but otherwise would certainly advise against drinking anything you can just walk into a liquor store and buy, cawood. Typical mistake.

Stick to raffles, online contests, fundraiser baskets, 5:00 am distillery releases, sleeping outside Liquor Barn, etc. if you want anything the resident bourbon balls would dignify with a pour.

There is much good bourbon to be found on the everyday shelf for the likes of Comrade SAE. The hunt for the unicorns is exciting but requires as much luck as homework. The juice is great but the thrill of the kill is half the fun.

If anyone still thought I was Bonz, my macros at the moment are 350 carbs/145 protein/100 fat which translates to a cool 2880 calories a day. I spend most of the day eating and I definitely do not fast. Or do low carb. I really am fitness whole pizza in my mouth.

I have no idea how bodybuilders put down 5k a day or more. Its damn near impossible.

That's alright, in true gyero form you two are (insert cheesy 80s song lyrics). Only a matter of time. Trust me, i have a little experience in gyerolove.
