I think the resignation speech should be brief- just keep it simple. Something along the lines of

Once again - and appropriately - the substitutions and lineups in this game were mystifying.
I'm glad we lost this game and we can end this season without any reason to discuss any positive spin or other ******** from Calipari.
This season has been a mockery of Kentucky basketball and John Calipari should be deeply embarrassed.
You could give Billy Gillispie a lethal supply of bourbon and Xanax and he would have made the tournament this year with this squad.
Either Cal changes things and shuts up for a while or this is going to end in a disaster for all involved.
I'm glad Terrence Clarke got some run to make sure his dreams come true, though, that was really important.

F U Cal. F U for your stubborn big headed mess of a season and for bringing in assistant coaches who either can't identify talent, close the deal with the best talent, help players get better, assist in game planning, or basicly bring much to the program. F U.
The bright side:
We don't have to sit on pins and needles just waiting for the next loss that we all knew would happen sooner than later.
