Family chose Aspen Creek to celebrate the start of our new build. Nice old fashioned that hit papaw sideways and left him a little off balance.

Being the **** head I am, made it home and proceeded to prove I’m a better bartender than theirs. #drunk

That said, land is in my wife’s name solely, and after signing papers to build on her land I offered her freedom from me........bows the time! She’d get half of everything and walk with the land on top of it. Might be the best time for her, EVER.

She did not take me up on it so I let her know she is an absolute fool and as her best friend I suggested consulting her father. So we did and he agreed with me, but she isn’t taking the more than fair offer.

I believe she is here forever.

Now watching Forrest Gump, Marcus Welby.

I could be wrong but I don’t think it matters if the land is just in her name. Spouses get half.

I know I had to make sure I closed on my started home years ago before I got married or my wife would have to be there to sign off on everything even though she would have never lived there or made a single payment.

She gets to keep the land, but he owns the house. Two completely totally separate individual assets.

This really isn’t that hard to understand, guys.

If anyone is interested in experiencing the ultimate relaxation experience, I highly recommend this. A uniformed representative of the federal government will deliver it to your mailbox in three business days.

It’s legit. If you’re a regular bud user it might not move your needle (as the Clown previously alluded to), but if you’re just a broken down dad looking for a smile that doesn’t require alcohol on a weeknight, it will do.

Bill Cosby approves.

---->Also: if Cal dog cussed Mintz at the end of the game... I mean my word: That's it for me.

I'm surprised this didn't get more attention (or it did and I missed it?).

Mintz was nearly in tears near the end of the game, when they huddled at the bench after he missed the two free throws.

Cal admitted in the post-game presser that he 'got mad' (or similar words) at the poor free throw shooting.

Looked to me like Cal did dog cuss Mintz after he missed the two free throws, and the only thing that kept Mintz from all out tears was that several teammates consoled him.

Is this the “if you love something, set it free” philosophy mixed with old fashioneds?

Sounds like he used the birthday bourbon.

Congrats on the sex.

I got one of those workout mirrors for Christmas and have been doing some kickboxing now and then.
FFS, Mods please ban.

Sunshine state randos:

- Legal U-Turns should be the law of the land.

- This thread will do what it does best and dissect where the season went wrong for the next decade and fail to settle on an accepted conclusion, and that's what makes this place so damn great and entertaining.

- On that note, enjoy your mulligan Cal. If we lose who the resident basketballs think we will and start the season with another crop of neophytes, then I fully expect his seat to be en fuego by the stat of conference play and a serious come to Jesus with his agent and UKAA at the end of '22.

- Contrary to popular belief not everyone down here is a maskless Neanderthal. I'd say 30% wear them at the gym. Damn near every grocery store, shopping center or gas station patron is sporting the face diaper. Even a smattering poolside, at the beach or strolling the streets of downtown Naples. Seems it really comes down to personal choice. Weird concept, I know.

- Steakhouses can be a bit overrated but in an area of the country that doesn't care for the brown water, it's your safest bet to find top shelf offerings.

- Appears Publix is an upscale Kroger and Sprouts is a less hippie Whole Foods. Both crush what we have back home.

- I slightly take back what I said about new bands being pushed - Greta Van Fleet is a needle in a haystack.

- I could eat my weight in fresh mango.

- Not big into the cannabis anymore but would appreciate an edible while teeing it up this afternoon. Again, personal choice is a heck of a concept.

I absolutely *knew* one of you jackasses would get suckered into spending $2,000 on a gd workout mirror. Just really didn’t think it would be Wayne.

All a matter a preference....workout mirror or jet off to Mount Whatever in BFE for their county mudder.

There isn’t an affinity for brown water in Florida because of the climate. Locally, bourbon was meant to be consumed from September through Derby. Once you get past the first Saturday in May it’s proper to move on to clear liquor.

HAY EVERYONE IM DOING A BOURBON ZOOM TASTING CALL IN JULY I SPENT 400 ON THIS BOTTLE OF OLD FITZGERALD LETS GET IT. DONT PAY ATTENTION IF ITS HOT AND HUMID.

The article was free for me.

I just thought it was worth it to read actual quotes from Jeff/Stacey, which he provides.

Also was good to see that Cal himself has spoken to them, instead of just having Richie's boy call and crap down his leg.

Love that dbags like Forde are pushing the Reed Sheppard play. 'OHHH IS CAL GONNA GO AFTER THE UNDER-THE-RADAR HOMETOWN LEGACY RECRUIT EVEN THO HE'S NOT A 5* AAU ONE AND DONE'R'

It will make Cal even more uncomfortable -- and that is a good thing. Maybe not fair to the kid himself but 8-15 makes everyone nervous and desperate.
