Looks like the quote was never actually made by him at all. Sometimes people say Kentucky and others Cincinnati, sometimes they say 10 years, sometimes 20.
The quote is also attributed to Will Rogers sometimes.
Looks like it was initially a joke in Germany about Cincinnati in the 1800s.

As corny as Clark Kellogg's jokes are, it is nice to hear he and Brad Nessell announce a UK v. Florida game on CBS in late February.
That's the closest this shitass season has come to being somewhat normal the whole time, imo.
Askew is the most frustrating player. He brings zero to the table and gets non stop clock. He literally sucks at basketball.
I’ll give Cal credit for getting this team to play as a unit, give consistent effort, etc. We look damn good on defense. Pretty remarkable what Cal has done there.
However, Cal’s coached a very long time and he still doesn’t know what a zone is. Drives me nuts. We just stand there and look stupid.
Also, when your opponent goes zone and you look confused for 10min, make damn sure your best 3pt shooter stays on the bench! That’s just sound coaching.
