...and of course that **** walked it back the second Bilas and the Coack K caped crusaders took umbrage. For once can an athlete or coach simply stand by their take instead of bowing to the outrage mob?

* Plowed through season 1 of 'Billions' over the weekend and really enjoyed. Giamatti is a pro. Fanboy geeked out on them going backstage with Metallica and discussing their favorite tracks off Lightning. And clearly the writers worship Michters because the 10 year rye was in multiple different episodes and locations.
Bummed it apparently it falls off a cliff hard after season 2.
* Ian Desmond opted out of the season "due to Covid" for a second straight year, leaving $13 million on the table, which should have him committed to Arkham.
It also goes to show you that arguments like this morning are pointless, even when all the evidence shows the mortality of this virus is minimal to a 35 year old major leaguer with all the resources at the Rockies/MLB's disposal. Yet some will refuse to accept the virus for what it is or more importantly, isn't.
* Nothing like seeing footage of a 737 engine falling out of the sky as you’re set to board a plane in a few day

I tried cancelling being cancelled but my attempt was cancelled so I unsubscribed, sent to spam, called customer service, escalated to a supervisor, left a terrible review online, tweeted out my experience, and finally was rewarded with uncancelling my cancel canceling cancellation. So at this point either everything is cancelled or nothing is cancelled, I’m not sure. Someone let me know what the two internet hive minds determine is correct.
