Listened to the first half on the radio because I was on the road. Somehow the audio version was worse. Hearing a verbal description of our ancient artifact of an offense made our problems very black and white.

"Askew drives into contact, pulls up, 8-footer... No good."

"Boston fadeaway from twelve feet... Can't get it to go."

"Cooper drives in, kick out for an open three... Got it."

🤮

Keep launching from 3. Take 40 today if we must. Anything to keep Boston, Toppin, and Askew from taking midrange is free points.

Hard to decide which is more f’ing frustrating at this point..
When they play like total asshats;
Or when they play like the last 6 minutes

It really is NOT a talent issue. Stretches like this prove that. It's the system. The last four possessions other than that dopey Boston 15-footer, was perfection. Just have to coach it.

It isn't all on the system. Only having one guy who can consistently hit outside shots is a talent issue.

This aggressive offense opens up so many chances and cuts down late forces, turnovers, and opens up offensive rebound chances. Taking the first available shot or drive.

We’ve seen almost NONE of the usual 20 second 30 foot pointless weave

...although I Suspect we will soon with this lead.

Still, staggering the difference

Not completely. They've shot better lately. I'm not convinced they're this bad from long range. This game and the last game they've regressed to the mean a bit. I think they've been scared to shoot.

Whatever. You said it was "NOT" talent, then said we didn't have enough shooters.

The fact that we haven’t been in that many close games made me forget how incredibly awful and game changing/deciding the refs are. Just laughable.

I’d love to know the % we shoot a shot with 5 or less on the shot clock when leading with 5 minutes left.
