McDonald's is the fry king. Not even arguable. There's a reason every other burger chain has changed their fries multiple times over the last 20 years and Mickey D's never has.
Shake Shack has great fries if we're venturing into a level up.
Fresh cuts are great when the craving sets in, the trend nowadays is to highly season them though...which completely negates the point of fresh cut.
Some of these fry takes the last 50 or so posts are cringe AF.
Bet anything Brax loves Arby's curly fries and dips them in that red ranch ********. 100%.

Regardless of your favorite fast food fry, we can all agree that MaxPowerrr is an idiot and basically any restaurant fry is >>>>>> effing tater tots and tater tots are very good.

I used to live in a condo off Frankfort and would have cab drivers roll through the Drive Thru location on Lower Brownsboro after a night out.
Big Buford, Large Fry and Large Sprite. Hit the spot but the next day shewee.

There was a Rally's next to my dad's office and when we were kids, my mom would take us during the summer and we would sit out on the outdoor patio and eat lunch with him sometimes.

Outside of Japan or the technically-inclined countries of Europe (Switzerland, Austria, Germany), McDonald’s fries are terrible unless you get them within 2 minutes of them coming out of the fryer. 95% of the time they are terrible.
I want you guys to close your eyes and imagine if Rally's had quality workers like a Chic-fil-A...

-Ketchup on a burger is for children. Honesty, ketchup on anything but fries* is wrong.

They switched from beef tallow to chemicals in the early 90s. Most of the love is nostalgia, granted, when fresh they're still really good and still my favorite fri. As always, there's a Revisionist History episode on this. Also, tons of recipes to make the OGs.
I judge fries on what they need to be dipped in to not suck.

Chick-Fil-A creating an empire with ******** fries and closed on Sundays just shows (a) how good their chicken is and (b) how otherworldly their service is.
-Asking for the waffle fries well done (don’t worry, it pleasures them to do this) really improves the ChickFila fry.
-Speaking of McDonalds, The Founder is a really entertaining movie. I think it is back on Netflix.
-I don’t think Ken Jennings is going to cut it as Jeopardy! host. He just doesn’t have the right gravitas. The terrible betting strategy on Jeopardy! kills me. I also hate the jumping around the board (I know it is the better move) but as a casual viewer I like to start at the top and get into a rhythm.

We got 10 free wings with our last Fazolis order and they were overpriced.
Remember back in the day going to Pizza Hut as a little fella. The pan pizza was good, breadstick sauce was thick and the Galaga machine was a nice bonus. Even got served with a smile. In a clean shirt. Compared to today’s attire of crusty a$$ polo that hasn’t been washed in two months.

Yeah it’s probably nostalgia, but Pizza Hut was king back in the day. Now all Pizza Hits are closed and the ones that are “open” are run by squatters who are operating closed Pizza Huts like some sort of international waters unrecognized pizza entity. Pizza Sovereign Citizen is more like it.

Pizza Hut buffet was the pinnacle for growing boys. Hit the cold salad bar for charcuterie, eat a whole pizza, some pasta and breadsticks because why not...endless coke. A little pinball action. Complimentary peppermints.
Think I’ve reached a point where my good bourbon is more or less for entertaining guests and Wild Turkey 101 is fine by me as a go-to.
Going the other route - we need this season to land like the Hindenburg so it a) forces him to recalibrate his approach to the game and b) feel deserved heat all off-season.

Pretty interesting that the WHO now wants to change how the Covid tests are being done, evidently they are too sensitive and we have too many positive cases now!!
Amazing the timing just two days after the new administration starts.
I know whenever I'm in Tokyo or Berlin...I find the nearest McDonald's.
