Chad, I don’t care how tired you or your wife get, do not let that baby sleep in your bed.

I have had a kid in my bed for 10 years(my children nothing like how that reads), and it took me buying a twin mattress and throwing it on my floor and sleeping there before my wife decided not to let our 4th child in our bed.

Matt Jones is on a witch hunt to find anyone who bitches about the kneeling.

We should all be better than this nonsense -- on all sides. It is important to not react to **** that pisses you off.

Histrionics are a sign of mental weakness.
He has always been a ***** about that. If you are going to try to ruin someone you better be prepared for the consequences.

This first half of the Cleveland/Pittsburgh game is my favorite game of the playoffs so far.

The second half when the Steelers come back and beat the Browns on some BS will be my second favorite.

Just for the record, I am not trying to "expose" anyone or bring anybody down. These guys are proud of their posts and the Laurel County Sheriff has already bragged on his page about it making the news. They are getting what they want.

I do think its important though for people to see what's out there. The kneeling thing isn't actually as controversial as I thought it would be, but there is a huge segment of people that are livid about it and I think the rest of the fanbase has to realize that. What conclusions people make about it is up to them, but the reality is this group exists.

A lot of people were shocked about what happened Wednesday because they don't know people that feel the way those folks do. Similarly there were a lot of people surprised about the reaction to George Floyd/Breonna Taylor because they don't know people that feel the way they do. I think knowing is the start to understanding....although to be fair I feel like we are a long way from that unfortunately.

In other news, tomorrow morning could be really good for UK Football. Cross your fingers.

Willy can you make a Matt-signal?

I read you guys every day. I don't really feel you need me chiming in on most of the topics (especially since politics dominate more and more and I am vastly outnumbered). So I tend to come in mostly to talk about myself, which is really the only thing I am an expert on.

I am going on Bill Maher on Friday and the two guests on with me are KellyAnne Conway and Katie Couric. I genuinely have no idea why they are having me, but I am going to try and enjoy the hell out of it

I think the fact your going on Bill Mahr and all the other things you do are very cool, and that sounds like a really fun and amazing experience. You’ve been very successful at what you do and you shouldn’t feel bad or need to apologize for the fact that you need to occasionally stir **** up for your career. At the end of the day we all have to take care of ourselves. No need for the stupid “people need to realize there are people with different viewpoints!” Or that you’re trying to make the world a better place by having people recognize other viewpoints or whatever word salad you just posted. 90% of society have become professional arguers with the trash dump that is social media, and everyone acts like a dipshit online anyway. If you can take advantage go for it, there’s really no need to explain yourself to anyone.

coincidentally, Bill Maher went to Pascack Hills high school at the time that they sent several dudes to the USA Olympic wrestling team. TFS.

Use that deep cut take @MattJonesKSR in your interview.

Bill Maher is one of the democrats I’ve always liked. Loved his HBO show.

That extra bed comes in handy, as does every piece of furniture in our house especially our basement where we have a bed set up for when family/friends stay the night on weekends.

It’s going to be a LONG 8 months to get to next football season.......ugh!

Make sure you ask her to tell George and Claudia you said, Hi!"

Did a full pan-fried ribeye cook tonight a la Sunny Hurrell/Gordon Ramsay. All-Clad D5 stainless pan, thyme, shallots, rosemary salt, butter baste, etc. Wife's turned out a touch over rare, and mine turned out a touch over medium rare. Perfect for both of us. Going to do chicken and pork the same technique next week.

I have no problem with the kneeling for the national anthem. It's not how I would choose to protest, but I respect that these young men want to make their own statement and make it as a team. They clearly played an incredible game as a team after that, so I'm excited to see that carry forward as a Kentucky fan.

Jealous of Doc and Anth for having flat top grills. I don't think the area of my deck outside of the screened park is big enough for a Camp Check pellet smoker/grill w/ sear box and a flat top.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on trading the Taco next week. And not to another Toyota. Sorry, Willy.

The new Critchfield's is nice. Still have the Big Lots fried chicken, although I'm less enthusiastic about getting it from white dudes. One oddity- they have tons of beer cheese offerings, and I saw only one offering of hard pretzels in the places, and those were the huge logs. Guys, get some Rold Gold or Snyder's of Hanover up in there. Or at least some pretzel chips.

Mayim Bialik has a new sitcom on Fox where she's a cat cafe owner in Louisville. Wife is taping them. The cats are literally the highlight.

Sorry Joey, nothing grinds my gears more than people who live outside of KY who talk about how racist this state is.

I have lived and worked in many places, and I’d argue Kentucky is no more racist than any place else. (I will say, however, that Mississippi is wayyy more racist, so I assume Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana are pretty bad too).

This isn’t to say there aren’t racist people in KY, it’s just that it’s about the same proportion of the population compared to say Illinois.
