Law people: wouldn’t the fact a judge ruled that Trump’s account is like a public square and therefore he can’t block people sort of give him a good argument why he can’t be banned?
His tweets are presidential records.
The ramifications of that? No idea.
They don’t have to give him a platform or allow him to continue to tweet, I’m pretty sure. But what to do with the existing tweets is the more interesting question.

It's really chickenshit for Twitter to ban him now, actually. As if something transpired in the last 3 days on their service that hasn't already taken place countless times over the past 4 years. They're conveniently kicking him when he's down. If this issue was THAT important, they'd have made this happen a long time ago.
