Man, you can't be truthing it in GYERO, even if it is the truth. You have to glamorize the **** out of it.

"I was in the back part of the pin setter where nobody can see you, one legging ole Mary Joe Rotten Crotch, when my one foot that was grounded slipped and I busted my eye on the metal from the pin setter mid stroke, she was screaming louder than I was. Guys at the bar bought me beers and drinks for the night when they noticed me and Rotten Crotch coming out from behind the lanes with blood all down my face, and her shirt was half unbuttoned and her panties hanging out of the top of her jeans. I still have the scar of banging the little *****, and her phone number, just in case.'
You mean I shouldn't leave out the part about a whole bowling alley full of women throwing their bras and panties at me? All were 10s of course.

The **** show at Auburn does go to show just how much we should appreciate Stoops. And I think we all do. Even though I dog cuss the guy when we still have 17 players on the field, etc., the guy has brought our program stability, respect, and a rock solid foundation, all built the right way without gimmicks or smoke and mirrors.

Never thought I’d be watching a program like Auburn go through a hiring process with a smug and self-satisfied smile on my face, but here I am.

It's painful watching Kunkel play for X. He's exactly what we need. Tough, fearless shooter with Kentucky Pride.

I don’t understand why we didn’t go after him. He is exactly the type of player we need, IMO.

But let’s pump the brakes on his legend just a bit. In 4 games, he is now 5/16 from 3 pt (31%). And from what I understand, Kentucky Pride or not, he wanted to go to UC but they couldn’t free up a scholly.

He has scored 6, 0, 22 & 7 in their games so far.

I still wish we had snagged him.

Any GYERO docs get the vaccination yet?

Any GYERO shysters get a pardon yet?

Anyone else hoping taysha and Zach fail before the next season of bachelor in paradise films?

Glad to see Grant WillIiams bringing his flopping-***** act to the NBA. Refreshing to see such tenacity amongst the finest athletes on earth...#takingemdownapeg

True, but we wouldn't need him to be a star. He perfectly compliments our size and length with his shooting and experience. It's not so much just him though. Those are the kind of guys who should be filling out our roster. We all know this.

I’ve had a few scotches, so what I’m about to say is likely all false, but we all know Cal. He is as prideful of an ******* as you will encounter. **** probably didn’t get real bad for him personally until this past weekend. Before that he was rationalizing things, it’s really early, covid, etc. But Roy laid him bare. So he’s pissed. He’s one and five. And he’s doubted. And the proverbial “Cal with his back against the wall” is going to come out.

This next stretch is super telling. We’re going to see real soon if the old dago wop still has his balls. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t. Time to find out, old man.

hey it’s Christmas Eve Eve, why not be optimistic. I hope the light of the Christ child blesses each and every one of you, and also heals the calf of Keion Brooks.

I don’t think we have the talent to turn it around. This reminds me of the 2012-2013 team, but with worse chemistry. I think that year proved you can have some big misses with a full roster turnover even with a top-ranked class.

-Did Christmas with the kids and grandkids tonight. Gave the grandkid her first “real” cellphone, the real McCoy. The look on her face, not to mention the tears that followed, when she realized it wasn’t the same as the janky *** phone that only let her text and FaceTime that she had was priceless. She is also 8 so there is that.

-One of my “step-grandkids” (I put it in quotes but we don’t consider them “steps”) is a huge UK fan. Bought him some cool gear and gave him my 1996 Championship plaque signed by Delk, McCarty, Pope and Walker (@legalbeagle123 was there the night I bought it) He is 9 so he didn’t know anything about them. I did my best to explain how bad *** that 96 team was.

-He was severely disappointed in me when he learned that I hadn’t watched but about 45 minutes of the games so far this year. His look of disgust almost made me rethink my priorities, almost. It did take me back, glad he still hurts when we lose. The purity of kids and all.

-we win Saturday, 67-64, on a B.J. Boston trey, which propels him to greatness. (This prediction is only slightly induced by copious amount of bourbon)

It's some of the issue but I agree with the experience.
I think the talent is there. It's just not immediate talent like we've had in the past. They need to be coached. This team needed a solid core in place, like we've discussed, so they could be the supporting cast. Cal didn't do a good job of building this particular roster. Plain and simple.

High end talent isn't. Better than 1-5, sure.

If we're going to win Saturday then Sarr needs to be ready. UL doesn't have anyone who can guard him with Malik Williams out. I would consider starting Ware over Sarr so the Frenchman doesn't pick up those early fouls within the first 5 minutes. Ware brings more energy anyhow. Then maybe we can feed Sarr throughout the 2nd half like we did vs ND, instead of him being planted on the bench with foul trouble. Just a thought.

That’s an awesome gift. Kind of funny he doesn’t know too much about them, but I get it. I remember hearing about Givens’s 78 team as a kid. That was just before I was born, but they may as well have played in the 50’s. It didn’t resonate with me until I got a little older.

100% SAE is rooting for Bellarmine

100% False.

A D1 basketball program grew organically at the catholic university within a 1 mile radius of my childhood home, catholic grade school, and catholic high school. I’m naturally supportive and will pull for them for obvious reasons. I think that’s understandable. However, UK is far and away #1; trust I’ll always be a Wildcat.

I see you failed to mention one of your dearest friends being a proud alumni. I'll let it slide this time.
