Cal has been much worse than punked, multiple times by some pretty ****** coaches, and teams. It's remarkable really. There can't be a coach with so much talent who's been derailed by much lesser teams, and he pretty much does it like clockwork.

Every one of these losses is the worst **** I've ever seen, because every one of them was extremely winnable. All it took was a coach not screaming GOOOOOOOO on the sidelines.

Calhoun (1)
Kevin Ollie (1)

Bo Ryan....you would think this is THE WORST, but wait there's more
Bruce fn Pearl.....the single most embarassing **** I've ever witnessed.
Bruce Weber....at least his team was physically tough

I'm sure I'm missing some, but those 5 I will remember the rest of my life because I'm a dumbshit basketball benny who only cares about winning.

I added a name you forgot and it bolsters your argument.

-Once a kid falls apart like that he can say whatever he wants, you have to push him away right now. 1-5 is no time to coddle a kid and take a chance on him furthering the challenge of the season.

Hate see it from anyone, and I’d like to say he saw the writing on the wall which didn’t help, but manage your emotions or your no different than my 4 yr old melting down when his Mashed Potatoes touch the corn. Go to your room!

- 2020 was a challenge for some, me included, but I’ll be damned if this wasn’t my best financial year of my life! Surreal to think what is at this moment with meetings in place to possibly triple my bourbon venture output next year, and NO signs of slowing down at 84.

Moves have been made for a distillery change, and I’m excited to see how a different group handles things as I consider my long term plan to build my own someday.

- Xmas is done, except for stocking stuffers. Always forget those little items and settle for candy, batteries, and nerf darts.

- Finally lost the buyers on my parents condo. Man, felt bad for how long it took for judges orders etc. But I did all I could to get to the finish line and finally had a close scheduled for Jan 8. I was pissed and wanted to hold some kind of money against them, which I was told I could do for fixes I did that weren’t “necessary”.

So initially being the ******* I chose that route.

Their guys were pissy and eventually let us know the dad had lost his job.

Fine, just say that up front, signed the termination agreement and hope for the best for them during the holidays. That sucks!

But luckily we didn’t close before possibly destroying them financially.

- Stoops and UK Football, what a f’ing joy!

Merry Christmas GYERO, hopefully you schmucks get something you want, but more importantly what you deserve!

Jesus...wtf is Kevin Ollie.

It's not even an argument. These things happened over and over again for all to see. Each year it was like "omg Cal wtf are you doing losing this game!!!!...Well at least we have such-n-such coming to win the title next year!"

Each year "such-n-such" became a little less talented, we had no hope of winning a title. Here we are! Not like this year really snuck up on us.

How deep do problems run at UK?
Tucker: Pretty damn deep. Off to the program's worst start in almost 100 years, the Wildcats are in full-blown meltdown mode. None of the players wanted to speak to the media after Saturday's loss to North Carolina, so injured sophomore Keion Brooks did it. Not a great sign. And sources close to the program indicate Calipari is currently in a power struggle with multiple other key players on this roster.

The time to effectively punish Fletcher is long gone. Cal used to get out in front of these things and set the narrative, now he's just like everyone else reacting to the situation.

Same thing with Brooks' comments on removing Rupp's name from the arena. Ten years ago, Cal would have already coached his guys on that question. Now, we just react.

He's lost his drive to excel. He's no longer hungry, he's just fat and content with his salary.

At some point, Cal is going to decide if his new focus is avoiding a losing season and embarrassing the players and program.

F@ck the hyper focus on making them NBA ready. Play zone, play Mintz at point and worry about playing guys that can develop for next season as much or more than you worry about NBA prep.

For me, there's no doubt that it primarily involves:

Power struggle? What does that even mean?

*I see no one of the team that wants any part of a leadership role save Mintz. He seriously is the only guy that walks around with any sort of confidence to what he is doing. Sarr is old but damned if he doesn't have the WCS "think I'll just sit this one out" gene.
There's a scene in Rudy where another player (incidentally played by Vince Vaughn) says to Rudy, "Hey kid, tone it down, you're making the rest of us look bad out there. You're gonna get somebody hurt."

That's the vibe I get from Sarr. "I'm here to do my thing, one season layover, not looking to get my balls busted. Not trying to dive on the floor and pull something... I've been playing ball for a long time and this next one is just another game."

Sarr hasn’t won **** in college. That’s why he is a puss. I don’t think Wake even won an ACC tournament game when he played for them.

Too many crybabies and losers on the team. Someone needs to tell them all that the best thing they can expect is to go pro after their junior year. So get on board, develop some toughness and shut up

Oh really, you get that in his 3 minute stretches before picking up another stupid foul?

I regret asking for a basketball schedule to be released

Roster full of puss boys who don’t give a sh*t about UK. Doubt going 1-5 hurts them either. Would love to have someone like Magloire on this team making the other guys piss down their legs.
Cal has his title and living on the gravy train, literally. Over it...

The more I think about it, the more Kyle Tucker's statement about a power struggle is both hilarious and the perfect encapsulation of the situation. Who even gives a **** whether BJ Boston, Terrence Clark, Camron Fletcher, Kareem Watkins, or Brennan Canada are mad or refusing to play, etc?

The fact that it is plausible that some of those scrubs apparently think they have leverage to do anything other than shut up and get better tells the entire story in one possibly false anecdote.

Since I'm in full blown redass ***** mode...

This COVID19 stimulus bill is absolute horsepussy. For the two parties to argue over ******** for 9 months, and agree on a deal that allocates $600 to every American in exchange for another $2400 per in debt is absurd. Allocating billions of dollars on foreign aid in this bill is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while.

We are on a collision course with a Soviet style collapse.

Hopefully. freshen up on your Chinese.

As for Kentucky..

Rod Strickland(drunk or not) coaching guards
Kenny Payne teaching the bigs
Orlando Antigua leading the recruiting trail
Robic on the sidelines clueing Cal in on how to coach the game
WWW in the shadows powerbroking like a Mob boss
led to final fours

now there is only Robic and Cal got fat and lazy.

the mindset of a new generation of kids has changed ALOT since Wall and Bledsoe and Boogie as well.

I don't know why I'm even listening, but it's amazing how they find these Jonestown survivors to call and kiss Cal's *** on the call-in show when things are bad. It never fails. Some dude just said by March we'll be better than Gonzaga.

Anything of any note?

Typical Cal BS. Said Keion Brooks was being a servant leader by stepping up and asking to go out after the game and talk to the media. Said losing sucks and he's trying new things in practice, but who knows if that's true. I hope so, but I just don't have a lot of faith in the guy to commit to change. Said he's not giving up on his team, so that's positive I guess. 🙄

He did say he's gonna shorten the rotation to seven until he can get those guys on track.

SUPPOSEDLY Cam'Ron at the airport on his phone talking to Cal said "That is why your ***** *** is going to your second NIT in 11 years". If he did that, that is a point of no return. You can't have players disrespecting his coach like that, no matter what. Cal has always had his players back. If Fletcher really said that, Cal is not the one who took it to the public.

I do not understand why with the depth and length he has, Cal doesn't press and trap to try and create easy transition baskets ? Hell he can't use "we would get in foul trouble", they can't guard a fence post straight up and are fouling anyway, might as well be aggressive and foul trying to create.

Losing a couple guys may not be a bad thing, cancers tends to spread. Clarke appears to me to be a problem, more so than Boston, I may be wrong. Clarke has very bad body language. There needs to be a closed door meeting, in or out, your choice. At the same time, Cal needs to play guys at their strengths and not to his philosophy. Loosen up coach, stop the maniac screaming, the kids are shitting down both legs afraid to make mistakes. Remember, they are young and kids, your words, you created this shitstorm, don't be surprised when a big pile of **** splatters in your face. Fletcher was just the first one to throw ****, others have a hand full ready, better duck.
