I'm actually not wanting to stab my ears listening to Cal in the postgame. He's talking about running the offense through Clarke and Sarr, benching guys for driving instead of taking wide open shots, actually sounds pissed, and isn't giving some jive turkey rap full of platitudes.

Maybe it is a start. Calipari is at his best when he's pissed and hungry.

This is so sad. Like a battered woman providing excuses for taking back her man.

You can’t afford to take baby steps when you are 1-3. That game was a must win.

Yep. It took being down twenty to force us to play aggressive and angry basketball.

And we’ll come out next game playing the same crap that got us done twenty. Switch screens and play patty cake offense! GOOOOO!!

EKU about to play. They can’t shoot worth a dick either, but they play 40min of angry and fast basketball. They win games because of that.

Btw, you bench Sarr guys are buffoons (you know who you are)

He’s not Anthony Mason...or Davis.

But he’s still the RUNAWAY best offensive option if utilized properly, and despite his softness/weaknesses, still probably the best overall COLLEGE player (that matters, right? Or nah) on the team.

He has 35+ today if we treated him as such. He only shoots about 90% on his little jumpers.

I’m one, but I’ll say this, when he is involved he also plays defense DIFFERENT and today he wasn’t the liability he was against GaTech.

If a player is getting abused like Sarr did in that game, then yes I want him on the bench.

But you are 100% right, he starts no matter what and we see what we get. His offense is pure, and can outweigh his flaws if he is just average on defense!

There will be some pretty strong discussion about putting a hold on all college sports now, I’d say. Those optics coupled with earlier positive tests? Get ready for it.

Did anybody listen to the postgame show to the finish? Matt acted strange and abruptly stopped talking at the finish. Kind of sounded like he may have had another seizure. Hope he's alright.

They fought like Wildcats. That's all you can hope for.

What was that tweet? It is deleted now.

I think the game passed Cal by a few years back. Couple that with how badly 2015 messed with his head, and it might be good for him to walk away a bit and be on TV.

I’m ready for the NBA to start solving generational poverty on its own, but college bball is going to be nuked of most of its talent when that finally happens.

I’ve been lurking this thread for a lot longer than I’d like to admit. I’ve never seen the apathy like I do now (I’m in the same boat). I never thought I would say that while Cal was coach but here we are. I’m not one that will stop watching but I didn’t even cuss once today. I know you all don’t know me but that’s just weird.

Unless you’ve been lurking since 2010, you’re a f’ing idiot.
