I can assure you there is nothing in the food service suppliers’ system that is integrated with a state licensing agency. Moreover, there are other mechanisms to procure food from distributors (especially if you are in a city).
Restaurant Depot off Preston was fresher and better product than most food suppliers we used back when I ran a local spot.

But I’ve very frustrated with school right now and I’m very annoyed with every person involved in it. And I had to listen to my wife’s best friend (who I very much like) go on her 1,009,099th “woe is me I’m a poor teacher” rant in the last 10 years. I can’t really say anything in real life so I’ll just vent here. Plus I said “IMO” which should shield me from any negative push back if I’m remembering the rules correctly.
