Personally I think it’s insulting they only let her kick. Do they think that’s all she is good for? What kind of male chauvinist jerk decided kicking was the only thing females are good for?

I was young so I probably misremember this but I recall Pitino bringing on Bernadette Locke-Mattox as an assistant in a really classy fashion. They focused as little as possible on her gender and race as you could while acknowledging it and were just like "That's Ms. Bernadette. She's our assistant coach because she knows basketball."

I saw that she’s the only kicker that Vandy took with them. I really hope their punter is handling kickoffs and they’re not putter her out there to kick those too.

That Schlarman piece gutted me. Maybe it’s the holidays and my mental/emotional situation, but seeing pictures of him holding his kids ripped my heart out.

Hearing Kinnard say he just “shut down” after his death probably tells us where this team’s mind is more than anything. Hope they can rally, but I understand. This season will always have an asterisk on it anyway.

Run on 1st, run on 2nd and maybe a short pass on 3rd(preferably a run). Sure way to avoid 10 yard losses on sacks that kill drives.

Annual reminder that Florida has infinitely more talent than Kentucky.

We go nuts when like 4 guys get drafted. Half their team will go in the first 3 rounds, for gods sake.

Sad all the way around. Not sure what to say takes a lot to take the field but I mean. Kentucky football + pandemic feels like it should. Prayers to Rose
