-I don't have work email on my phone. If its really important...they can call/text.

-there is very little in the business world that has to be answered "now".

-one must train people how to interact with them. Even if a have the answer now...i withhold for 12-24 hrs minimum depending on import, for posterity. Of course an actual emergency (rare) gets proper attention.

If you want to get into semantics, (Edit: which you already did, 🙄) the definition of the word athletic doesn't specifically mean it requires "athleticism," as in quick twitch physical gifts, the adjective athletic as in "my best athletic achievement" just means "related to physically fit, strong, or active." So a marathon would qualify.

In short, athletics/athlete, and athleticism are related, but not the same.

Different if you work for yourself. You kind of have to do at least some stuff.

Had a professional email me yesterday midday to let me know they couldn't open a dropbox link. That was my top priority, I assure you.

I think I read on Twitter they had to move them from their normal location due to Covid. I could be mistaken, but Covid doesn’t seem to thrive higher than 80 ft in the air or lower than 4 ft. So, it’s clear what they had to do.

When cooking for a family, it’s hard to beat pork loins/tenderloins. Tasty, lean, economical, good for leftovers, and most importantly - just the right amount of time on indirect heat for dad to catch a decent buzz in peace and solitude, but not so long you’re dealing with it all day. Big fan.

^ A little pineapple teriyaki marinade on a tenderloin never hurt nobody. Got's to be careful though, that glaze will burn the outer portion if you don't know what you are doing. Simple take, but true.

Grilled fresh pineapple is great so many ways. I love it on a grilled turkey burger, and on a Hawaiian barbecued chicken sandwich.
And of course, on pizza. 😉

I never said anything about putting it on pizza. That’s disgusting. I’m talking about grilling some bone-in chops and throwing some pineapple rings on the grill with them. Either eat with the chops or have them for dessert. They have their place and when done right are delicious.

I was ribbing Terie. Pineapple is good, just not a fan of it on pizza.

Lobster sauce, Marmalade and a touch of Asian mustard mixed, then quickly caramelized for a sauce. Only to be ever so slightly touched before eating each bite of said pork. Thought that was a given.

I don’t want her to be embarrassed. If she’s good enough- awesome. Until then, save me the “Breaking News!” and “historic moment” stuff. Smells like a publicity stunt for a loser program and more fodder for the woke sportswriter at this point.
