And when we do win in the Champions Classic...gives our younger teams an inflated sense of where we're really at.

As a fan it's the **** knowing you're opening with a marquee game...but it's hurt us every year but '12 and '15 win or lose.

- Happy with my Turkey. Man I was a bit nervous as the family crowd thinned everyone decided to rely on my 1 smoked Turkey to be the only one for today, and I did not disappoint! The BEST Turkey I’ve had hands down.

Sure I cheated and went with the Treager Orange Brine route, but it went off without a hitch.

- Neighbors kid came home yday from his dads sick AF, took him to get tested, and of course he has Covid. Pour fella.

- Never heard from my mom today. At this point the section of the family she has surrounded herself with are barred up and refusing to let us speak. I’m a mix between scorched earth and F it wipe my hands clean.

- Toasted Wheat seems to be getting good feedback.

- What a year, I’m an NFL guy, just always have been, but today I haven’t watched a second nor will I.

- About to pop my Evan Williams 23 and finish some tree prep so we can decorate tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I wish they’d play more name teams like UL, UCLA, Notre Dame, Kansas, Georgia Tech, etc. mix in some Ohio State, Duke, Michigan State every few years.

Emailing Cal now.
I’m referring to Cal sandbagging with his comments regarding the schedule. Plus, I feel like he’d actually prefer to only play cupcakes.

Obviously running is stupid and is for homosexuals and losers and stuff, but Killian Jornet is currently attempting to break the world record for most miles run in 24 hours.

Live stream from Norway:

Facebook

LIVE w/ Kilian Jornet from the Phantasm 24h Running Challenge - YouTube

The current record holder, and (fairly obscure) perhaps the greatest ultra distance runner of all time is:

Yiannis Kouros - Wikipedia

Kouros basically holds every crazy long distance record imagineable, and has held them for 30+ years. Doesn't really speak English, and doesn't typically participate in the huge, well known events, so he's managed to lay pretty low, despite being the GOAT.

So good luck to Killian on 189 miles today. Personally, I don't think he'll get close. Just a hunch.

I’m not sure why anyone would watch that for more than 30 seconds or so at a time. Unfortunately you’ll know within a few hours whether he even has a chance.

The women’s indoor track world record holder for 48 hours is from Jeffersonville, btw. (Traci Falbo)

There's no reason to look back right now, especially to drag a kid, but having 2 or 3 point guards instead of none makes a big difference. I think that excitement that everybody can't quite put their finger on is just the fact that someone besides Hagans is behind the wheel.

Yes not having a PG is bad for your team, and having 2 or 3 is good for your team. I can definitely co-sing that. Great, great astute observation, and exactly why GYERO is the PREMIERE place for Basketball takes. I like to call it PPFBT. Maybe a spinoff to GYERO.

Will you quit posting in GYERO?

NO, but thanks for asking.

What impressed me most about BJ was he did not force one shot. He let the game come to him. He is suppose to be the man, but did not go out and try to prove it by jacking up shots.

I said before anyone, Cam'Ron is gonna be a dude. He is from the Lou. Prolly knows Nelly and all the St. Lunatics yall.

MIntz mentioning Yams in the TG interview, he really is about that life. He held it down in Omaha. Straight baller.

BJ looks better with Layzie Bone hairstyle instead of the Coolio look.

Was listening to Cal talk after the game, something about Mintz maybe not being happy not starrting or something. Said Mintz came to him and said "I trust you Coach", Cal said it turned out pretty well for the last 2 guys who said they trusted him, Shai and IQ. Had chills after that little segment.

Go beat Richmond by 12-15 and wake MF'ers up so they know what's up, "come see about it", "we straight nightmares" and those kinds of things.

We MAY have too much depth. It will be hard to keep everyone eating. SOMEBODY will have to starve, be the runt if you will.

The day after Thanksgiving really separates the wheat from the chaff. If you’re forced to work today, especially in the white collar world, then you’ve probably got a ****** job.

Tunnel Hill 50 mile winner from a few weeks ago won with a 6:03 pace. 100 mile winner had a 7:24 pace. Insanity.

Most people sending out work emails today or on Thanksgiving do it from home, and do it only to make the recipient think they are hard working and successful, not because it is so important it has to be dealt with on Thanksgiving or today.

I can see where you would think so, but I'm actually exceptionally average. My best athletic achievement is a couple of full marathons and a bunch of halfs. So that GIF doesn't even make sense, it's just me being needlessly ******.

-distance running is not an athletic endeavor...meaning it does not require athleticism. Fitness and persistence fer shern...both laudable, but has nothing to do with athleticism.

-it seems you just "boomroastedlmao" yourself, fwiw.
