How hard would it have been to use the exact same logo that's on the bottom of the scoreboard? Someone is going to get called for stepping out of bounds when they're still in because of that logo.

Have to think it won't be long before schools start allowing sponsor logos on their jersey's. Quickest, easiest way to make up for lost attendance revenue.
I'd say we're above that but let's be honest - they're all selling themselves for the right price and with the 2A forfeiting one tournament and possibly another, would likely force the issue so long as they get a taste.

Tuesdays are my day off where I go to the gym and grocery store and other assorted errands. Maybe it’s the Tuesday morning gym crowd but every single female was extremely muscular and exclusively in the free weight/power lifting section. Not a single one on cardio. A departure from the UK rec center as I remember it.
Very ready for some college bball - the masters this week is a nice touch though

Stop f'ing up the court, Jesus! Rupp Arena in the center court circle then nothing in between mid court to the foul line. It's simple. That **** makes our court look like Texas Tech or Iowa St.

Welcome to the real world. We have to generate as much $$$ as we can to build Embassy Suites level dorms to get snotnosed 17 year olds to choose to come here over Ohio U, Tennessee and Miami (OH).

They sell kitschy memorabilia that looks 1,000x better than what our idiot savants roll out. Just duplicate this but throw in Rupp Arena in the corner and be done with it.

I generally think there is way too much bitching about the bball program around here and blame it on the randomness of the NCAA tournament, but I'm with the majority on this one. It seems like we are the only traditional powerhouse (both amateur and pro) that has no handle on our branding/aesthetic. Pretty frustrating and definitely mind bottling.

Pitino had us dressed up in denims and we had the best basketball team since UCLA's Lew Alcindor's years.

Over here thinking it’d be pretty awesome to just ditch Rupp this year, let them hustle up the construction etc., and play games in front of socially distanced students at Memorial HOWEVER I realize that’s not what college sports are all about these days.
Yep...just way too big to the point of being gaudy. Remember those snapback hats from the 90's that had the logo from brim to back? Reminds me of that.

Re: Isaiah Jackson, I'm hoping he isn't Marcus Lee pt. 2. Once again, youtube has me hyped. I think he might have the goods though, and I love his attitude. Would feel a lot better about him if I knew he planned on being here more than a year or two.

-Denim, monstrous triangle with other geometric designs, icicles, checkerboards, etc. We aren’t necessarily known for our classic and clean look. We’ve always been the tacky/flashy guys on the block . . . for better or worse.
No disrespect, but is there anything in particular on that mix tape that made you feel like he's going to be worth a damn? Can you give me like a specific time to watch. All I saw was a guy blocking shots from high school kids, a few passes I see people make every time I play full-court at the Y, some garbage put-backs, and some average dunks during warm ups.
