Totally understand what you all are saying and agree, actually. However, I think Bellarmine believes the best way to grow the fanbase is to offer as many people a chance to see a game as possible. Knights Hall had become a bit of a “tough” ticket in town, at least for the big games. Ideally they’ll move back to caimpus one day in an expanded or even new arena.

Now the news is reporting on a new problem facing the country....Election Depression Syndrome. GTFO with that ****!! This country would roll over because of all the Snowflakes and their damn excuses for everything. Thank God we had the Greatest Generation when there was a World War or we’d all be wearing Swastika’s and Rising Suns.

Feels like a lot of these schools go broke (of close to it) trying to be something they are not. Disease of more and so forth.

Actually, it’s been quite the opposite. There’s been so much money pouring into college athletics that it’s masked the complete stupidity of so many decision makers. Until now.

UConn is a prime example. They’re basically bankrupt AND irrelevant.

In WWI, we didn’t have a well trained army at the ready, but we made up for it with an abundance of young men that were already good “street fighters.”

In WWII, our generation of mechanically inclined boys translated their skills of automotive and farm equipment tinkering into superior air power.

In WWIII, our memes will make the enemy drop their arms and really stop and think about how their reinforcement of power structures is affecting this spaceship we call “Earth.”

THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OF OUR LIFETIME!!!

This never fails to crack me up.

People clearly are not aware of this country's ability to overcome a bad President.

And we've had some doozies (Woodrow Wilson, Harding, Hoover, FDR, LBJ, just to name a few), that were far worse than Trump, or perhaps Biden.

I'd argue the dudes who play first person shooter games all day long are better prepared than anybody in WWI or WWII.

Im sure spending all day thumbing a joystick in pajamas while eating Mac and cheese in the basement cussing other fat losers definitely makes them more prepared. Then when you tell them they have to go outside and actually take a command without their phone they’d be in a fetal position within 3 minutes. 90% would either die or have to have mommy come get them during basic training.

I’d say he was likely referring to flying drones.

Ice Cream craving - wanna healthy- double-dollop combo of mildly contesting flavors that still compliment one another ...like lovers ...perfectly comfortable with each other’s sweet creamy bodies .....

chocolate chip cookie dough
And
Butter pecan

Discovered Graters (sp?) here and they have a cinnamon ice cream that would fit in there as a sticky ménage à trois -

.....i think I need to excuse myself now -

^^If, and a big if, we had a war with someone other than a 3rd world military regime then yeah they’d have to have more than drones and healing packs. That is if you could actually get them to get out of the house. (WOKE/Spoiled)
This Pandemic isn’t anywhere near the level of a terrible conflict or inconvenience other generations have had to deal with but you’d think the younger generation is going through Armageddon with all the bitching and protesting over trivial everyday ****. And we aren’t at war, not having to hunt for food, no Depression (economy) and they have more technology and less physical workloads than anytime in history.
There’s an excuse or some new disease named for everything they find difficult to deal with or understand.

The smell of caramel corn, cigarette smoke like fog hovering around the ceiling, dimly lit shooter’s background with the softest rims on Earth, & a John Tong who after one too many scotch cocktails drew out his signature .... STEPPPPPPS CALLED or GOOOOOOAAAAAAL BY.....

Freedom Hall was like watching a basketball game in a cozy living room.

I went to Rupp once (maybe twice) when I was growing up, but every other year I saw UK/IU and then a non-conference game at Freedom Hall in December. I have some pretty special Wildcat memories in that place as I’m sure many others do.

-John Tong’s voice over old Cardinal Stadium for the X/T game meant BIG TIME high school football.

-May the best candidate win.

I drove by the Tates Creek library on the way in to work and there were hundreds of people waiting outside in line to vote. It looked like a multiple hour wait.

Who will leave rather than wait in line to vote, who will it benefit? Will this occur more with first time voters? Inner city?

Some of the best state tournaments were at the Hall. Always loved how Tong kept track of how many 3’s a guy had hit. He would get a little louder after a guy had hit more than 3 and really start emphasizing the number.

AAAA 3 POINT GOAL BY FARMER . . . THAT IS HIS SIXTH! 3 POINT GOAL

I mailed my ballot in because I'm an idiot who knows good and damn well that the Postal Service/QAnon/Illuminati/Bloodhound Gang conspiracy just grinds them up to fuel their climate change/abortion mines.
Why wouldn't you do this? Took like 2 minutes of my life to get, complete, and mail a ballot.

Why we can't do this **** from our phones at this point is ridiculous.

It was truly baffling. If you know the area there were cars parked on Walden on the other side of Laredo, down Laredo to Tates Creek, and down Walden all the way to Cheddars. Everyone was lined up right on top of each other, about 70% of people wearing masks, and a good number of children with their parents while it was in the 30's.

Meanwhile, I filled mine out, walked across the street at work and dropped my ballot in a box, and got an e-mail a couple days later saying my vote was counted.

Went to my nearest elementary school this morning about 7:15. Saw my neighbors. Chit chatted. Voted in less than 15 minutes of arriving. All in all, a pleasant experience that made me feel like a part of a community -- which is important with all this stupid *** COVID lockdown nonsense where you don't have random interactions with people any more.

* According to the polling group that called Trump in 2016, the margin of error in Minnesota is roughly the same as the amount of people who say they are voting for Kanye.

Nothing could be more 2020 than the presidential election coming down to how many people actually vote for a candidate who (per South Park) is a gay fish.

* BRax, I've also done demo professionally, too, some years ago.

* Go Cats.

- Keep it together, GYERO. We can do this.

- Have always been a Hugh Grant fan. This new show is great so far. Kidman just gets better with age. I remember Simmons saying from his Jimmy Kimmel
days that she was the celebrity who was much more stunning in person than on camera.

- Also, Kentucky-set “Queen’s Gambit” on Netflix is a pretty worthwhile watch.

- My two month old (my gawd - already?) is consistently sleeping 5-5:30 hours through the night. I think that’s pretty good. I’m proud.

- Also really enjoy Freedom Hall. Great place to catch a game, such as one in which Heshimu Evans reverse stuffs it on Bobby Knight’s Hoosiers late in the game.

- Will be interesting to see what happens to big cities once we’re finally past this ****.

- Remarkable the aces in my wardrobe that are sitting there on the pine this year.

- Poor Stoopsy doesn’t get the beatdown of Louisville this year to whet fans’ appetite.

- I’m ready for some hoops.

- Gotta admit, I’m pretty surprised at how the Harbaugh-Michigan era has gone. Visited their message boards and people are out on him. Thing is- if he can’t win big there, who can? Same with Nebraska and Frost.

- I like our basketball class. Some real basketball players in Hickman and Hopkins with a bigtime upside guy in Collins. Add Sallis and I really like it. Keep Hardy from the G-League late and I love it.

- Anyway, have a good one, friends.

Think some of it has to do with the Fayette County Clerk has been in the same family for like 40 years and it does not seem to matter. Fayette had the same issues in the primary.

Hell Woodford County was the top county in early voting and they have 40 booths with no one there per my wife this morning.

Not sure why Fayette County is having these issues unless they wanted to have them.

Call me crazy, but WWIII sounds a lot more palatable than the other 2. Of course it's already happening and foreign nerds are shooting memes into our social media while idiots with phones pass them around and work themselves into a lather.

- The John Tong line I always looked forward to was before every Sweet Sixteen game, when he introduced "Richard 'Rosie' Roselle, and Shirley WATTS." RIP Shirley, by the way.

Man, no event I attend takes me back to adolescence quicker, and produces more warm memories, than when I go back to the Sweet Sixteen. So different in so many ways, and yet exactly the same at its core.

- I'll be watching KET coverage tonight. We're all more directly affected by state/local elections anyway. Plus, it's always good to see the back-and-forth between their R and D panelists, with Al Cross stirring things up in the middle. Then once that's over, I'll knock out the final two episodes of "Mandalorian" season one and the first of season two. Then bed.

- Why in the world were people still dropping in mailed ballots yesterday? I could have sworn they had to be postmarked by a certain date last week. If you can't get your vote in by the end of the day today, with as many opportunities (a month's worth of mail-ins and early voting), then you don't deserve to have your vote counted. Plain and simple. It's never been easier.

- Biden wins, Mitch and Barr win, I'm eating a Thanksgiving Wrap from Trader Joe's for lunch, so I win. Winners all around.

-
Actually, it’s been quite the opposite.

Every single one of PTI's posts should begin with this.
