Look, I just wish I was still talking to Lorenzen jersey wearing standing outside Vanderbilt Stadium with extry tickets Willy and not cargo shorts wearing O-H-I-O cheer starting Willy. Disappointing.

Umm, you had your UK jersey tucked into your jeans.

I'm disappointed I went out of the way to get somebody who has never done anything for me ever tickets.

I thought I was being nice to a fellow UK fan. Oh well. I'd still do it again. I'm not changing because of a few ungrateful snarky bitches.

And the Bengals have still had WAY more success than UK football any way you want to analyze it. Sorry.

The Bengals did go to 2 Super Bowls in the 80s only to run into the Montana/Walsh 49ers. People forget that.

Which of you nerds has knowledge of the Outdoor Projector Game these days?

I know a few people that got serviceable ones for ~ $100 off Amazon, but that seems way too inexpensive. I'm not trying to start an outdoor theater business or anything, but would like a good quality projector to show games, and hopefully even put up a decent picture in the daytime as well. I'm thinking like $250-$500 range.

Thoughts?

Thanks for the UK-Vandy tickets directly next to Booker, Willy. What a treat. And I'm pretty sure you used my bathroom before heading over to PJCS so you're welcome.

Sorry about having to sit next to Booker.

I peed in an alley behind a grocery store once. Was that your bathroom?

Anyone in here have experience with those Solo fire pits? Thinking it might be nice to have but worried if I get one I can’t make fun of the YETI line of products.

Yeah, that was my line of thinking when they first came out...visited a friend's home and was impressed how much heat and fire it kicked out. Bought the Yukon in February, so didn't have to wait. Had it outside for Halloween and numerous parents walked over to check it out. Happy with mine...don't get a small one.

-So much for Covid slowing down Halloween for the kids in 2020. Largest crowds of kids I've seen in years came through the Versailles hood looking for bags of candy.

-Had a somewhat small gathering at the house for neighbors and their kids which pretty much turned into a total **** show of drunk adults breaking it down to 90s Hip Hop.

Between the bourbon, the jelly shots, and the "magical" brownies someone brought, things kind of got out of control to say the least. I can mesh pretty much with folks from any background, but was a bit embarrassed when @Geese Feeder stopped by to see the bodies start dropping. He saw first hand the redneck side of the neighborhood and I'm not sure how comfortable he was, because he's such an upstanding, refined guy. Regardless, I hope he had fun and we didn't scare him off from future neighborhood **** shows.

-The offense. Woof. Maybe better than the week before, but not by much. When you have that many stud RBs why is the QB running it so much, and especially up the gut? "If it would have worked, it would have been incredible!" (Rolleyes) I adore Eddie Gran the person, and there's no doubt he had his hand is some of our previous strong offenses, but this year has just been puzzling to say the least.

-Had my first rapid Covid test on friday. Easy. No cotton swab to the brain, just a quick in and out around the nose hairs and text 20 minutes later saying I was Negative. Surprisingly, I found out that Lexington, and areas around in Central Kentucky have rapid testing, but there's not many places in Louisville, Cincy, or Tennessee, so we are getting slammed by folks not from the area to get tested who don't want to wait 2-3 days for results.

-Election Day is tomorrow. Sure am hoping everything remains peaceful and the **** doesn't hit the fan locally, and nationally. Too many crazies on both political sides.

-Huber Boys had their 3rd Flag Football game on Saturday. Together they scored 3 TDS. My oldest was overthrown for one and jumped higher than I've ever seen him, landing on his back and holding on to the ball for the score. He's only 8, but Stoops could use some talent like that. Just sayin.

-Blue Jordan 1s Lows > Blue Kentucky Dunk Lows

-Please make sure you vote. It's kind of important.

Yeah, they’re F’ing losers, but the Bengals have been my team since birth. What am I supposed to do about it- root for another team? Keep ripping on them if you want, Anth and you other a-holes, but I don’t get what you’re trying to accomplish. I don’t know a proud Bengals fan. Is what it is. I’m stuck with these pieces of ****.

So F you all. Especially Anth.
This is what is known as “character”.

-Crazy how Huber and I can live only a half-mile away from each other, and yet I had absolutely zero jello shots or magical brownies on Halloween.

-Next door neighbor set out a table of candy (as we did, since we were at the state XC championship). We didn't put out a sign saying "Take two" or whatever...just figured we'd let nature run its course. But his security camera capture video of a costumed boy around 7:30 swiping out their entire stash. Just shoveling everything left into his bag. So now the neighbor is on the hunt for the culprit...posting the security footage to the neighborhood FB group and asking if anyone knows the kid. Good grief, man.

-I stupidly called for an upset of UGA on Saturday, thinking that it could just be a field position slogfest. And I was right. But I was way wrong in thinking that Gran could actually call for his best RB to get the ball in the red zone. Will never make that mistake again.

-The next time a kid accepts a walk-on spot to join the basketball team, I want to see the UK media department respond by doing one of those "Who's Next" tweets and showing a random white kid sitting in front of a TV screen, watching footage of Mark Coury.

-There's no way the Mexican Pizza is gone forever. Taco Bell's gonna feel its loss and bring it back, either as a "limited time offer" every year or permanently. It was the number five hitter in that menu lineup.

I allegedly left Head First Sports Cafe and walked across the street to Paul Brown Stadium and screamed obscenities at Mike Brown in a rant Chumps would've been proud of when the Bengals drafted Chris Perry in the first round.

I'm as excited for tomorrow as I have been any election day of my lifetime. I've always enjoyed the theatrics of this day, but when you throw in the impending chaos, rioting, looting, burning, fighting, social media meltdowns, lawsuits, and all sorts of other outlandish, illegal, thuggish behavior, Tuesday (and probably the rest of the week) is going to be spectacular. Like people watching at Court Days or something, only in HD, and with live footage all across the country on countless number of media outlets.

God Bless America. My favorite 3rd world country.

I mean we had a *tiny* margin for winning but Saturday's game would have been much more interesting if we had 7 on the board rather than 3. Unfortunately Stoops and Gran coached the entire 2nd half like it was a 1 possession game. Just bizarre tbh.

Oh well, take the week to get healthy and *maybe* think about throwing downfield against Vandy. There's certainly a lot of football left. Have to go 2-2. That Florida game is kind of intriguing IMO.

I enjoy punching down to Bengal fans. Such a hateable lot.

Graeter's is the only thing that city has worth a damn.
Thought you liked the Reds?
🤔

I chose the Bengals as my team when I was a young lad. Loved Esiason and Woods, I learned every step of the Icky Shuffle. I've contemplated leaving them many times before as my #1 team, but that just doesn't feel right. A guy that would jump one bandwagon is the type of guy that would ditch UK for the tarholes. Seems like that sort of front running bs would be looked down upon around here.

I was ok wth keeping the game close for the first 3 quarters on Saturday, but I was livid when we were running the clock down every play before taking a snap and throwing a dump off or a slant in the 4th.

I'd rather actually try to win and lose by 4 TDS than run out the clock in an 11 point loss.

I turned to bourbon and halloween candy to kill my pain. Many more games like that and I'm going to end up fat and bald.

How can you all say the Bengals are the worst franchise and not even bring up the Browns? Can't complain as those 2 have helped the Curtain make the playoffs almost yearly.

- As for the election, Biden may win the Presidency but this talk of Texas going blue or even being a swing state is silly. Going to be a red avalanche for Trump here.

Mark Stoops and his boring *** offense -- winding the play clock down to 1 before every snap, running the ball 90% of the time, short passes, low risk everything.....put us in a position to win in theory. And I say "in theory" because there's no way we could have actually won. Might as well lost by 8 touchdowns.

Completing a forward pass every now and again would have also given us a shot to win. But whatev.

FTR, I couldn't care less if you don't vote. So cheers to the lazy comfortably numb crew.
Maybe if we could get every social media app, ride share provider, delivery service and non-profit to mention there's an election tomorrow, folks would show up?

* Not sure how anyone can judge Gatewood after his first full game and one in which he was limited in what was called for him. Seemed to have a solid football IQ and with an extra week to work should assimilate better.

* Gran -> get more creative or GTFO. The guy has the imagination of a rock and thinks we can still surprise teams by lining up in the wildcat. A little sense of urgency would be nice as well.

* Kentucky marcus welby Florida in terms of openness compared to the Distric of Commumbly. Seeing how restricted places are and genuinely scared of the veerus the locals were, it's a wonder folks even ventured out on the streets. Feel like the staunchest precautionary folks in here would be branded as a heretic in the Crystal City.

Also sad to see so many high-end areas in Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan boarded up.

* Pro henley for the fall / winter attire.

* Late on the pickled conversation but pickled beets are fantastic. If you can't stand the taste, drop them in a post-workout smoothie. Also Bubbies b&b chips to satiate your fermented cravings.

* Next time you make an Old Fashioned use a blood orange peel for garnish and thank me later. Less acidic, more spice.

-I can't wait for the election to be over just so I stop getting whiny, sanctimonious "reminders" to vote everywhere I look. STFU, Instagram. Because America is actually great, everyone can vote or not vote any damn way they please and I don't give one single ****. The Republic isn't crumbling based on one election and the ridiculous emotion-fueled fear mongering is awful.

-Liked It Chapter Two, but the first installment is superior. Seeing Isaiah Old Spice Mustafa in a serious role where he doesn't make his pecs dance even one time was odd, but hey, guy has some actual acting chops.

-Got my jaw dry-needled and then got to see nephews dressed up as superheroes Saturday instead of watching the UGA slugfest. Sounds like I didn't miss much. Lamar Thomas' comments are sad but not surprising.

-I might be dating an abh. Went to Capital Grille Friday and every time the short-stuff black waiter left the table, bf called him Webster. Webster took great care of us, fwiw. The blackberry bourbon cocktail was definitely a total hen pick on my part, but man was it delicious. doc would be ashamed we only polished off a cool 22 oz of steak at our table, though.

The Undoing on HBO is fantastic thus far. 2 episodes in. Sunday night appointment television which is kind of nice in a world of entire seasons dropping.
Kidman looks better now than she did in 'Days of Thunder' and the chest beefs on the plucky brunette are Michelangeloesque.

Great story too so far.

People from my company are asking for the day off to vote. This is insane. We've been working from home since March, and you could have voted any time you wanted for the last six weeks. They should just can these losers.
