A. and C. looks like more of a complete "fit" for team.

A. Wall a slasher, mad handles, and have to respect the outside of Quickley. Deadly for Wall drives. Then you got a beast of a all around offensive player that could score from anywhere in Young. A true PF with Jones but he was more than a PF, can do other things, which is good because you have a true 5 in Dakari that stays in the post to score and rebound. Solid 1-5 and all positions match the players strengths.

C. Bulldog PG in Teague who was fine setting the table for stars but could score when needed, but not a must for him. Hitting Booker for deadly threes would be lethal. MKG the glue guy, do it all, dirty work get it done no matter what it takes is the key to this team. Then you have a 6'9 man child athletic freak that can post, dunk, step out, pass, rebound. with his weapons around him, you are not doubling him, good luck with one man trying to guard him. At the 5, another very well rounded score in different ways athletic, shot blocking pogo stick in Nick Richards.

Man A/C would be one hell of a game.

PG- Wall Teague
2G- IQ Booker
SF - Young MKG
PF- Jones Bam (what a battle of muscled up athletic dawgs)
C- Dakari Nick Richards

C. has a little better defense, but they would have to play to shut down A.

Rex Chapman? Ed Davender? Derrick Miller?

Good calls. I should throw Richie Farmer on there too. I confess to missing some of these guys because I was too young to see them play 😬 I had no recollection of Davender or Miller in trouble til I just googled, tbh.

Talent coming through this decade... Far cry from real life discussions on if bringing in Bud Mackey if he beat crack possession/trafficking charges was a feasible option...

(He's currently serving 15.5 years)

Travis Ford
Rex Chapman
Jeff Sheppard
Tyler Herro
Scott Padgett

Lots of 3s and not a lot of D. But LFG!

Got to have some muscle, Robey would be a nice center with all of the offense the team has. No rebounders or enforcer.

Truly all white team (Chapman and Herro don't fit) White Wayne Rules of choosing.

Team 1

PG Little General
2G Kyle Macy
Wing Shep
PF Padgett
C Rick Robey

Team 2

PG Roger Harden
2G Jim Master
Wing Kevin Grevey
PF Jorts
C Mike Phillips

I know some are old as dirt, but to truly get a all white team, you have to go back in time. But my criteria is I had to of seen them play. Grevey was my first favorite Wildcat, scoring machine. Issel was before my time.

* Friday Five: 90's Beers that we thought were top shelf, but they've either gone extinct or endangered now -

- Miller Genuine Draft
- Killian's Irish Red
- Red Dog
- Amberbock!!!!
- Bud Dry

* I may be going out on a limb here, but I'm more of a "Use Your Illusion 2" > "Use Your Illusion 1" guy. I know, controversial take.

* Breakfast for dinner is a terrible idea. I don't really even enjoy breakfast food for breakfast. Why would I want it for the best meal of the day?

* Fox is an underrated player at UK. He took the late January bloom that Teague took; he just took it to the next level and really showed out in the tournament.

* I've pimped it before, and I'll do it again. Private Selection Kroger sauces are the truth. I know it's very "Middle Class" (#rip) of me to say, but they're stuff is great. Currently enjoying their smoked serrano pepper hot wing sauce.

* I know these are edgy/controversial takes. My apologies if it derails the politeyro discussion.

Fully on board with the Use Your Illusion II take; plenty of great tracks throughout, but Civil War alone could carry that side. Easily one of their top 5 songs, maybe even top 3.

Can't go along with the breakfast for dinner take. Big fans of it around the CSC house.

Goes to Jeff Ruby's, asks to see the breakfast menu.

Please. Breakfast food is fine, but let's not act like it's something it's not.

And what it is NOT is something I need to go out of my way to make for dinner - a meal that has an unlimited amount of better options.

Yeah, I had breakfast for dinner last night and I was underwhelmed.
