Coffee is the best PWO, but I rarely even do that anymore. Turns out stimulant prescription meds make caffeine less attractive.

Arizona getting a NOA today? Saw the article was written by Forde and f that guy so didn't link.

I met Pat Forde at Highland Cleaners when I lived in Lou and he was THRILLED I recognized him until he saw my UK front license plate. Nerd.

This is why I'll die of some latex paint disease in the not so distant future.

I wonder what Junk yard that poor van is sitting in today, and wonder if it still smells like stale draft beer.

Tried and just didn't hit me right. If I want the beta-alanine (ants from jack3d to the lay person) I go with these gummies. Easier than guzzling a huge glass of water at 5 a.m. as well.

And I don't see where you say non-stimulant, as it has caffeine and ants producing chemicals as well?
Meant Dr. Jekyll, not hyde.

“Travel” pants or whatever you want to call them FTW. I imagine they’re as comfortable on me as yoga pants must be on the ladies. They’re sweat pants that society has allowed to be worn into the work place. What a time to be alive

Picked this up for a song on ebay, and spent yesterday drinking beer and dominating my friend 3 games to nill.

Every bit as great as it used to be.

I’ve been watching videos on the ppl who are trying to (have?) bring EF back and its kind of fascinating...

Would love to run into SAE at Kroger sometime just to witness the disgust on his face seeing my dirty scruffed out snakeoil face and jogger/athleisure attire in public. I’d make sure to give him a hug and brush the dirt off of his cardiganed shoulder too.

Read an article about Tudor games (the company that practically invented electric football)

They had all but gone out business, but an entrepreneur bought it, renewed all of the licensing agreements and has brought it back.

It's actually a pretty good drinking/hanging out game. Takes a bit to set up between plays, and then, with up to 5 stoppages of action, by the offensive "coach", but, it leads to a lot of trash-talking.

It would actually be right up some of GYERO folks alley. BBdK for instance. He's a competitive fvcker.

The biggest decision on the ballot this year if you live in Jefferson County is the school tax increase question. JCPS's position is that by increasing property taxes by 8.6%, we'll "raise the proficiency level in math to 70 percent, up from 35 percent; raise the proficiency level in reading to 75 percent, up from 44 percent; and cut the achievement gap in half." Lol.. you could raise taxes 10,000% and JCPS wouldn't get math proficiency levels to 70 percent.

And when it comes to public school, why is everything about bringing the morons up to proficiency? I'm not sure I want additional investment in Johnny Ditchdigger so that he can perform basic fractions to figure out how much heroin to put in his syringe. Instead, tell me how we're going to identify the top talent and invest in them. Seems like that would be higher ROI.

Because public education is, by and large, a complete joke. The ONLY determining factor in whether or not a child succeeds is parental involvement (shocker, I know), not how much money you give the schools, or millions of dollars in "technology" (biggest waste of money in the school system IMO), so that each child can have a Chromebook, or bloated administrative overhead.

I have 3 pairs of jeans. One pair is, I think, Ruff Hewn, another one possibly Gap, and have no idea without looking what the 3rd pair is.

* Is anyone living a better life than Richard Brooks?

* Haven't really heard any buzz about UK Basketball until last night. Now it's all people are talking about.

* Mizzou concerns me.

* If you have to think about who makes your jeans, you're doing it wrong.

* Black is overrated. It's Pearl Jam for Dave Matthews fans. Alive, bitches. Release = underrated closer.

* If they get a team, the Raptors would likely only help another franchise move in. Can't see the NBA leaving Toronto. Too much $$$ there.

* Late to the party, but recently got Apple TV thru some promotion and had a documentary series called "Long Way Around" recommended to me. Stayed up way too late binging it last night. Ewan MacGregor and one of his childhood homeys take motorcycles around the world from London to NYC, via places like Ukraine, Mongolia, and Siberia. It's a good watch if you're looking for something new/different.

- Sounds dumb but this Sarr news is a legit weight off my shoulders. Been a quiet irritant to me for months.

- Man, that post-Rupp multi title hump has proven a biggun for some damn good UK coaches. Time for Cal to break through and officially become the second greatest to ever hold the clipboard here.

- Like the 4pm kick. Give me an excuse to sneak an early brewski in there.

- Strongs is officially my favorite pizza in the area.

- Mainstrasse isn’t the same ABH-infested ******** it used to be. Place changes every time I see it.

- Nothing like seeing how gentle and warm your golden retriever acts around your child. What great dogs.

- How ya doing, Sloot? Anth? Boat?

Even flow is my jam off Ten.

I do enjoy the wildcatchad dad. We’re chugging along, 23 weeks with drop mid February.

Hope we get a statement win Saturday. Love all these videos of Drake and the Oline just manhandling people.
