Went to the game yesterday. Gorgeous fall day. Was really strange with no tailgate and the Joker era crowd. I mean, pretty much agree with everything that’s been said. We are really dumb and the defense is terrible.

Joe Burrow and Joe Mixon with a nice little game, my fantasy team thanks you.

Brined a turkey with yellow onions, jalapeños, and celery salt. Smoked 6 hours with pecan pellets and injected with butter and Mad Max turkey rub...couple of banquets and about to profit. Talk Turkey to me.

Seems like we should get butt raped next weekend by MSU, but in true Kentucky football style we’ll probably end up making a game of it.
Open tryouts for a new kicker?

Congrats on your lift pretzel, have you ever met Bonzo?

Did he say anything that didn’t sound accurate to you?

Im certain that any political party that is pushing hard for more mail in ballots is doing it out of the goodness of their heart and not at all wanting to enable voter fraud.

Also, regardless whether you like Trump or not it’s flat out disgusting if you cheer on him having Covid, which you did on Friday. Not surprising though considering that’s been the main reaction from 9/10 liberals based on what I’ve seen. Could you imagine if a white conservative did that to President Obama and his wife? CANCELED.

Regular people are sick and tired of this ******** and that’s why he won in 2016. Mocking fly over states and mocking blue collar people and their basic yet valued beliefs. Acting like the party of open mindedness yet throwing fits like petulant toddlers and personally attacking people who peacefully have opposing views. Over and over and over. Don’t get me started on the rioting and violence.

Hatboggan, you do realize that you intentionally prod republicans and then consistently talk about how "sensitive" they are or whatever, right?

That's UKO-level trolling and you're better than that. If you hate people talking politics in GYERO-- fair enough. But don't be part of the problem, imo.

I think the “we rushed for _____ yds” crowd isn’t smart enough to understand that’s our best defense, actually.

Richie - throwing fits like petulant toddlers, mocking blue collar people, and personal attacks on other people are the reasons why people voted for DONALD TRUMP? FOH, bud. Too many frosties.

RE: The Boss
What I've never understood is why celebs get DRAGGED for having political opinions, as if attaining a certain level of fame means you're not allowed to do so*. Doctors, lawyers, janitors, nurses, teachers et. al. are allowed, but not actors, singers, or athletes? I get the backlash on people like Allysa Milano tho, sorry WCC.

*unless said celebrity AGREES with your opinions, like Kelsey Grammer, Tim Allen, Patricia Heaton, Herschel Walker, Jon Voight, Chuck Norris, Scott Baio, et. al. in which case, their opinions matter and should be heard and HAPPILY flouted by that side. Again, FOH.

And while I'm at it. Anybody that says they're voting for Biden, "because he's not Trump" can get bent.

Leave that personality/moral character ********
at home. Come with policy, or STFU.

In fact, if you're voting on "personality" it's like picking a team/horse etc. "because I like the name/team color", IOW, you're too stupid to vote. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.

This reminds me of your post in 2016, where you derided the people that voted for Trump "because he's not Hillary."

Because that didn't happen at all, as I recall. Was pumped that the right didn't attack her personality or moral character.

It would be like WCC getting needled MERCILESSLY in here for saying "Hillary was a good person." Again, I remember when that didn't happen AT ALL.

(I understood the needling, tho. Again, sorry WCC 😆)

It sure is fkn funny WHEN these rules apply, and to whom.

Ok Ok, here is a real political take from a Trump fan(I don’t vote for any of these losers)........

When you attempt to troll your enemies with a surprise drive by and wave at the cameras during a pandemic and you have recently caught the virus..........then you deserve ALL the **** they fling your way.

I can’t imagine anyone really wanting Biden as our president, but Trump isn’t running a “campaign” that will win in November IMO.

I had an awesome weekend, actually. Didn't watch a single down of college football.

Hosted/produced/directed the 2nd Annual New Orleans Ultramarathon.

I stole this idea for an all urban ultramarathon from a race I've done several times in New York City. Aid stations every 5ish miles, typically located at fun areas of local interest. A course that covers many of the best areas of the city. Separate finish lines for the two distances, both at locally owned breweries. Participants received a handmade finisher medal, t-shirt designed by a local artist, pint glass, and 4-pack of 16-ounce beers designed especially for our race.

Course records obliterated -- 3:07 50k male winner (he hit the marathon mark in 2:33). 6:21 50-mile male winner. 7:25 50-mile female winner.

We had to lay a little low this year, but what I appreciated the most was how many people wanted to be involved in some way. Most are runners who wouldn't sign up for a race of that distance if you paid them. Instead of running they came out to the finish line to cheer. And by cheer, I mean they showed up at the brewery at 10am and drank heavily and threw a big *** morning/early afternoon party. Weather was glorious. Can't wait to do it again next year.

As the last runner crossed the finish line, we broke down and boxed up all the supplies, basked in the glory, and I threw up a peace sign, pointed out to my homies in the crowd, and drove off into the sunset. No getting caught from behind for this guy.

-Decided Friday/Saturday I was over all this nonsense. Good riddance.

-Been watching an Amazon series on Trans North Georgia mountain bike race. 350 miles, 56k feet of elevation😲. MCF been begging me to get a mtn bike. Would be wodie if I live a stones throw from world class trails in Cherokee Park but Lex doesn't really have anything. Good stuff if you're dork like me and enjoy watching endurance sports. These folks are very similar to the weirdos in PTI's world.

-Speaking of, the Giro D'Italia, is in Sicily and headed up Mt Etna today. The backside of the climb I did while over there. My guide that day was a pro on the lower circuits. A few times while watching me struggle up that beast he was riding while texting, with one leg, he may have even taken a brief nap on the way up. He noted, **Italian accent** "If you drop like 10 kilos you'd be a much better climber." I let him know I'd throw him in the volcano at the top. 6000' of elevation over 50 miles.

-Sous vide pork chops. Perfection. Sloots butternut squash soup is something you all should mix in the rotation. Dope.

-😲 @ those numbers @pretzel__logic. Not sure I could do anything other than the bench at equivalent weight. With a cranky lower back I stay pretty light/high rep on anything related. Congrats.

-10 men on the field, missed fg, celebrating an early TD and being caught then fumbling. That's the UKFB I know. JF*ckingC.

-I like him but Lebron has A LOT of super douchie tendencies.

- @HUBER, new blower works like a charm on the gingko berries. Great call, thanks.

-Finally starting Empire of the Summer Moon in what has to be the longest weight in queue of any book I've bought.

-Is this Mandolorian week?

Life Adventure Center between Versailles and Lawrenceburg is a nice trail. I am pretty new to it and a huge ***** that does not want to see myself getting a broken bone so I take it slow but it has some technical climbs and curves and the like. It does have some advanced portion but I pretty much stay away from that.

Friday Five (I've never done this before)

1. Stone Sour - "Wicked Game" cover
2. U2 - "Angel of Harlem" live from Slane Castle 2001
3. The Cult - "Firewoman"
4. Busta Rhymes - "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See"
5. Keith Whitley - "I'm No Stranger to the Rain"

How's that for a wide range of tastes?

- Speaking of taste (noBBdK), probably a good night and weekend to put out a pot of chili. I get burnt out on chili around December, so a few different recipes will be well received.

- I'm at the point of my son's upbringing that if he got into a fistfight, and the other person got the best of him, I'd chuckle to myself. What an *******.

- This trend of beginning sentences with the word, "imagine" is getting out of hand. Can't stand it.

- A former player of mine scored a TD for WKU last Saturday. The family and I were listening to the game in the car while traveling to get a few things remaining at my father's, and when he caught that pass we all shouted like we were there! So happy for that kid.

- My son recently punched his TV screen after a Fortnite loss. He cracked the screen and now it won't work. He got it for his birthday only 5 months ago. That's why I want someone to kick his ***.

- Time for my 3rd period Google Meet. Peace.
Dalvin Smith was very good at GHS.

Other than rescuing a family member from a shark or Pizzagate or something of the sort, I can't imagine there are many things so important that I wouldn't interrupt them for a few minutes to deal with the explosive diarrhea dripping down my legs. "BUT MY SPLITS BRUH"
