I'm sitting over here as a Braves fan holding my 1 title right beside my one title Cal has got me as a UK fan. Maybe should have given Joe Torre or Bobby Cox Sucker a lifetime contract. When Billionaire Ted sold the team I knew they where touched for years. But here I am, still holding out hope they can just stay in games and get to that stout bull pen and the hitters hit. Acuna, Freeman, Albies is a nice little trio, throw in the surprise improvement from Swanson and they SHOULD be good for years.
They always have a strong farm system, got a few guys getting a little age on them, but Freeman has several productive years ahead, same with d"arnaud and Ozuna. SP will be back, Fried looked good and the BP is one of the best in MLB.

Markakis and Inciarte need to be replaced,

Acuna Jr. - 22
Albies - 23
Riley - 23
Swanson - 26
Ozuna - 29
Freeman - 30
Duvall - 31
d'Arnaud - 31

So what am I missing about the greatness of Mark Jackson?

Please speak in simple terms since I'm just a hayseed.

Nobody said he was great, just that he is not average or trash as you said he was. There is a difference in good / great you know ? above average in right in between average and great. Simple enough ? In true GYERO fashion you have dug in with your bad take, but let it go. Not important enough for 6 rebuttals.

No one said he was great, dip ****. You said he was awful as a player and a coach. Everyone disagreed and backed it with solid intel. You continued to extend the stupid argument.

Man this “Vow” documentary makes me feel like I should have started a cult. Seems pretty easy if you can spin a bunch of BS to good looking rich white people, which my status as a top tier GYEROMAN tells me I can do.

I reserve the right to change my mind re: starting a cult after I finish the series and everything comes crashing down.

The alien overlords are here, make no doubt about it. Don’t listen to me, listen to the words of Lieutenants Graves and Accoin:

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/26/us/politics/ufo-sightings-navy-pilots.html

The upshot is that these aliens must be benevolent, and I do believe they have our best interest at heart. I trust them implicitly.

Doc, during your active duty days, did you ever have any conversations with any pilots about crazy or unexplained stuff they saw up there?

What a day.

Bellydancer spent his entire adult life working for the Republican Party up until about 15 months ago, and anth promptly and condescendingly lectures him on his beliefs.

😂😂

Poor guy is really forgetting whose got the track record here.

Hint to those of you who like Mexican food - explore the vegetarian options. Good queso y rojas in a taco or enchilada - sublime. I even call for that over good pastor at my favorite taco joint.

At my favorite homebase Mexican joint today (Montoya’s), asked the owner what her favorite filling was for enchiladas mole. Surprise - simple queso y onions. And it was sublime.

Any combination of queso and/or guacamole and/or peppers and/or onion, in any application (Burrito, taco, enchilada, relleno), covered in mole, chipotle, poblano, or whatever good homemade sauce your joint offers - the most divine thing ever.

Going back tomorrow. Fat, but happy.

I do not have any personal pilot confessions, but in my active time, I hadn’t given much thought to aliens to ask...was more about where is Bin Laden, and knew a few things before he went south for the winter.

Wolf man Jack that came to a tailgate once is a big believer in our alien overlords. Studied at the Eceti Ranch and sees orbs and fairies among other things. If some of you start dressing in all black on 95 degree days....

BellyDancer - like MANY of my Republican friends - has seen enough from that ******** party. Kudos to him. My friends are getting more left with time ... except here. Writing is on the wall.

I surmise that 5 years from now, a lot of uko types will say that they never supported Donald Trump, yet that they supported the Republicans. Some rats are, and have been, jumping ship. Then they are ridiculed as RINOs, and the sycophants follow. But it won't take long.

there are two things I'm curious to see. I want to know what Donald Trump will do as a lame duck president, and also where he's going to go after the inauguration on January 20th. Will he resign to be pardoned? Unlikely. Will he pack up and head for Moscow under the guise of "business," and live out his days there? Highly likely.

Let me throw a counterpoint at you.

The reason you hate Trump is because he trolled you for four years. But he didn’t actually do any harm, and his policies were relatively populist. So when Trump is gone in 4 years (or perhaps a few months), you guys will likely forget about him and move on with your lives.

But let’s say a few of you internet tough guys do find some “receipts” of us supporting Trump. What do you think you’re gonna do? It’s not gonna be physical because people who search through twitter histories for gotcha tweets are hipster pussies and old liberal hags. You’re not gonna get us fired because 40 million Americans voted for Trump and they’re not gonna eliminate half the labor pool. And it’s not like you’re gonna get family members to shun us because nobody likes the kind of person who shuns family members for political purposes.

So STFU and quit regurgitating your unoriginal fantasies about how Trump voters are gonna pay for voting him in.

So the Republicans that "jumped ship" are still rats? Or are you using that as a metaphor?

You don't want people to vote for Trump...run someone that doesn't have early stages of dementia.

Like Wayne said, what has he done that has harmed you outside of mean words?

What has pissed you off?
Increased US manufacturing?
Increased funding for black colleges?
Opportunity zones for black workers?
Lack of foreign wars?

* I'll bet Melania is pissed that she has to spend 14 straights days with The Donald. Looks like they have to do it at the White House, rather than Mar-a-Lago. Trump stuck at home and bored for 14 straight days a month before the election means he will be tweeting an absurd amount. So that's good, I guess.

* Am I wrong to think Ole Miss is the best possible opponent for us right now? Looks like they've got a bad defense and want to run up the score. Terry and Crew are going to have to put points on the board to keep up.

This would be a perfect year to get to start out with some scrubs to get the wrinkles ironed out before going against the big boys. I guess Ole Miss is what serves as a cupcake this year. We very well could be an awesome team and wouldn't know it by our record because it will be an absolute war playing 10 straight SEC games.

* Kind of forgot how late it stays dark in the morning in September. Fall is upon us.

Bellydancer was a liberal in college. He didn't became a conservative until he got a job working for a GOP member of Congress.

Lol...5 yrs from now when DeSantis finishes his first year as POTUS, the "uko types" will look back and wonder how in the hell this country did so well for 8 yrs despite The Donald having to deal with massive liberal ignorance on a daily basis....it knows no bounds. I'll just prop up a chair w/ a nice bourbon and smile as I watch liberals continue to scream and cry over their make believe injustices.....like they do now.

Thanks for playing.

Those Masks don’t keep you from getting it genius, they help prevent you from spreading it.

Odds the Donald takes HCQ?!?!

Bevin got the boot for the same reasons you all are defending Trump.

Maybe the Reds should offer him the Bobby Bonilla deal?

Even if he doesn't take it....he will.

No MedicalBall, but I was told masks help keep you from spreading but not contacting...which seems strange, but ok.

Well seems those around him - staff and all- who were told NOT to wear masks could have used some help to keep from spreading it to poor Trump.

If the old codger comes through, honestly it’s a good PSA for the rest of the country. Maybe that was his plan all along.
