-I realize a lot of us enjoy other sports. I mean, when the Cubs finally won a World Series I saw it in my friends eyes that it was special. You Bengals fans should be excited about Burrow. The Redlegs may even do the unthinkable this October! I submit, however, that there is no more a satisfying feeling on planet earth than seeing the Kentucky Wildcats travel south and ruin F'n weekends for these floppy-haired ********.

Kick ***, Cats.

-I'm writing next Wednesday down as my first chili day of the season. Partly sunny with a high of 67.

-Getting on a ladder with a chainsaw doesn't intimate me nearly as much as it probably should.

-My 7 year old daughter assured the lass and I that she hates us yesterday evening. Wasn't the first time, of course. Always nice, though.

-One of the things I most love about my wife is that she does no Fall crafting. No home crafting at all, really. Great gal.

-Need some rain.

-Spaghetti in my chili but I'm good enjoying other chilis where spaghetti isn't served. Cincinnati chili is human dog ****, as is goetta. And LaRosa's.

-Porcini Saturday night (kids in Lex). First night out just the two of us since February. Looking for that Ron Mehico special tbh. I mean we'll see.

I have a feeling that most law enforcement will say “F You” to that proposal.

They didn’t join the force to be the gd mask police. What a joke.
I believe many have voiced their displeasure, unfortunately, something like that isnt really up to them entirely. Now you can certainly ave officers who just kind of casually stroll by and look the other way- but once some EXPOSES them for allowing the death parties- they become the bad guy.

Considering the CDC reverses course on nearly EVERYTHING, I wouldn't put too much stock in those clowns, or that decision.
That's not how this works.

If the rules are overbearing and dumb, we support them fully.

If the rules make sense and are being relaxed. CDC is being influenced politically and we're going with what Stack says.

That just means that you are doing your job as a parent.

No spaghetti in my chili. If I want to eat spaghetti noodles I’ll fix spaghetti sauce to go over those noodles. That said, if you want noodles in yours then so be it.

I “believe” the CAYTS pull off a win Saturday but I refuse to get too hyped about it. Too many unknowns and too many kick in the nuts through the years. However, with Stoops & the Gang running **** now those moments are fewer and more far between than in a long time.

Not a Reds fan at all but it has been amazing what they have pulled off. If I had to guess I’d say that the World Series champ will be a surprise team like the Reds. Too many teams in the playoffs this year for some rouge team to get hot and take it all.

Go Cubs

That “no trick or treating” is going to be interpreted as “no effs given” in most places.

And woe unto the parents who make their kids stay at home while their friends ring their doorbells looking for candy. Shew. Wee.

Holding out to see what our Kentucky Government Overlords say about TorT'ing before completely writing it off.

Love chili dogs the next day with leftover chili.

Open up a hot dog bun, put two Nathan all beef dogs (boiled) on said open bun. Smother with chili, sprinkle parmesan (fresh grated) over it. Then the most important step, squirt some Plochman's mustard all over it and microwave for 1 minute. Delightful.

IF I do any adding of pasta to chili, spaghetti is the noodle of choice.

Drew Brees is not dead. One bad game does mean he is washed up. Next week or whenever he gets Thomas back, it will change the whole offensive make up. Reporters will be contradicting their on burying after a nice 325 yard 4 td game.

Bad officiating last night. Not just the PI call late (horrible, and even if he did make contact, ball was not catchable), but raiders have lead the league in penalties since John Madden hung up the clip board. Last night, 12 penalties on the Saints, 2 on the Raiders. Uh, no.

Waller is that dude. Saints didn't make him look ****, he has done it to everyone. Last year his breakout year he only went for 90 receptions for 1145 yards. He is a WR in a TE body. 6'6 255 pounds and moves like a deer. As a comparison, George Kittle went for 85 receptions and 1035 yards. Travis Kelce had 97 receptions for 1229 yards and he has Mahomes throwing him the ball.

Bet UK +7.5, win the turnover battle and not have costly drive killing penalties, and i feel good about it.

Catching up from the last week plus...

* What a bunch of miserable ******** you've all become.

I'm going to go get a 4-way (onion) and a cheese coney. Enjoy your ****** GOYA beans.

* Cats BIG on the Plains. BIG.

We're gonna stomp 'em.

* Louisville is what we thought they were. The only team more overrated at this point is UC.

I don't know how the bowl games/post season will work this year, but if we somehow don't make the playoff, I would love a chance to destroy either the Cardinals or Bearcats.

* I've been looking forward to this CFB season since January. First UK game is at noon, right? Ol' Wildcat Willy has Kid 1 Soccer at 11:30, Kid 2 Volleyball at 12:15, rescheduled First Communion at 3:30, and I'm cooking for 25 people after that.

* I will not jinx the Reds. Nope.

* If only there had been some sort of hint for the Bengals' management that their OL might not be adequate enough to give their new stud QB time to throw downfield...

Bobby Hart is the worst O lineman in the history of the NFL. The Brown family's solution to upgrade? Pay him more money.

I pray that Burrow doesn't get Klinglered.

* Finally getting around to watching Deadwood 16 years later. Love it.

* Touch all the overwoke ********. I just renamed my main workstation the Woodford & Water Center for Creativity and Senses of Humor.

* Is there no chance for Common Sense and Decency to take back this country? I blame Karen, Social Media and Rush Limbaugh.

* Touch you, I'm off to Skyline.

Not sure why, but I had a high opinion of Bo Nix until I looked at his stats. Terry's better, statistically. Higher completion percentage, better YPA, better QB rating

Auburn receivers are dope, tho. Other than WR and LB, pretty sure the Cats are better everywhere on the field.

Trick-or-Treating seems fine and I'm sure our kids will be doing it in some fashion. I don't see where the CDC recommends canceling it. The website lists risk categories and it looks like socially distanced, masked T-O-T is listed as moderate risk. The traditional free for all with crowds of kids and face-to-face handoffs and candy bowls for every kid to dig out of is listed as high risk. No problem with any of that. Do have a problem with every single headline misrepresenting the CDC recommendations though.

Cincy chili is good on a hotdog. Can't imagine just eating a bowl of it.

Just found out my kid's new neighborhood friend is the son of a liquor sales rep. Should be advantageous this fall.

NW50, yes I’m still alive! I only turn 110 in February. Traded her in for a newer, better model too.
I heard you were getting pumped daily by the CMP. Glad to see you escaped.

Ole Miss needs to revert permanently to the ice blue. South Carolina needs the garnet helmets all the time. We need to go back to anything from the pre-Curry era.

Fixed the pressing SEC uni situation

Kids all ready wearing mask as part of their Halloween costume means the Gubment will outlaw trick or treating because the can't dictate what the kiddies do by demanding they wear mask.

-Like Anth stated earlier, I too am in week two on 3 day meetings I normally do in person in places like Nashville, Scottsdale, Clearwater, Charleston, etc. Instead, I'm sitting in my office staring at a computer screen, trying to focus between interruptions that happen at the office, and occasionally get videos of people forgetting they are on the Zoom meeting picking their nose, sleeping, or generally being an idiot. If you're going to pick your nose, 2 knuckles deep, turn your cam off bud.

Haven't had a year in a decade that I've been home more, and I'm ready to get the hell out of Lexington. The Pandemic stealing trips away from me can suck a D.

-Gumbo Yaya for lunch. Always solid and consistent. Have loved that spot since college.

-Cubs fans are obnoxious, I know because I am one. My 2 boys religiously watch the Cubs games every night they are on, or DVR them when we have a ball game themselves. My youngest is such a freaking Jason Heyward fan that he could wear a different Heyward Jersey every day of the week and not wear the same one. Birthdays, Christmas, no matter what you want him when hunting for a gift, it has to be Cubs related.

-2 more T Ball and 2 more Coach pitch games, and then baseball season is over. Thank you Jesus.

-First year of flag football for the boys. Been asked to coach numerous times and have put my foot down that I really just want to be a Dad and watch this season. I've done enough coaching of the kid's teams the past few years, but it always surprises me how many Dads never step up to the plate to help out.

-Seriously worried about Louisville and what rioters may do the place. Hope everything remains semi peaceful, but from news reports, stuff is going to get pretty dicey tonight. Please stay safe Louisville friends.

-Rough month in the stock market overall. Having a very nice rebound today.

-There is no noodles in chili. Zero. None.
