6’5 260, down from 280 a month or 2 ago. Been hovering here for a few weeks and really need to get down into the 240’s. Depressing thinking what that is going take.
I rarely eat fast food, don’t drinks cokes(usually 1 sweet tea at dinner), and walk 3-4 miles 3-5 times a week.
