Currently 460 squat, 580 DL, I don't want to know my bench. Probably sub 300, ha. Had aspirations of the 500/600 squat/DL club...but I'd need to gain 15-20 lbs for that. Trying to get sub 200 for the first time in years. 5 lbs away...:uzi:

The draw of Kenny Payne as a big man magnet was long gone prior to him bolting to NYC. Losing yet another big man recruit was just a continuation of the fact that prior success no longer meant squat when attracting new recruits.

Did you use lifting straps with that DL? 580 is damned impressive either way, but especially if it’s without straps.
Thankfully, the video ads only take up about half the screen.
I picked white latex spray paint out of my nose for 2 weeks after we "painted" that thing at Anth's business. When I had my sinus surgery last year, the doctor asked if I had been a painter previously, finding white paint still jammed in my sinuses years later.
I'm sure what we did was totally healthy and will have no future side effects.
