-At some point buffet and salad bars becoming disgusting to me. Not sure when it was but I can't stand them. Hopefully covid takes them out with the trash.

-Brohm thinks the NFL will wait on cfb to finish a season. [laughing] For all their success that's one very dumb family.

-CFB/B1G blaming myocarditis as the new info. Ok, that's legit IF it's accurate, which it's still very undecided, and result from tons of other viruses as well. However, we now have sports all over the world playing yet only 1 has decided this is too much of an issue. I'm not buying it.

-5th Qtr was a big deal when I was kid. Oh, we're skipping Bonaza and heading to 5th Qtr, break out the nice jeans. Let's go.

-Booze consumption up this week. Tuesday was mandatory after a ****** day. Yesterday was neighbors bday. Tonight we're going out to eat and tomorrow will be day drinking at the KSR golf scramble. I'm fine with it. No tailgate weekends to look forward to, need a few good runs in there to keep it honest. Only so many summer weeks left.

-August weather is DOPE. Always has been.

-Bike to Beat Cancer is "ride your own route." Yippee!! Because that pesky virus is known for spreading outside while on bikes. This thing is so picky where it spreads.

-I'm basically Richie consumed with trying to find a home base for vacation with #2 en route. Still in dreaming phase but dang I'd love to move on it if the right opp popped up.

-I promise to only bring you the really unbelievable(and painful) cycling news updates. Today, at the Criterium du Daphne(the main TDF prep race) a crazy hailstorm broke out at the finish line and straight f*cked them up. Poor little dudes.

Come on up. Bonzo and I will do our 35-mile route on the Loveland Bike Trail and get drunk at the Monkey Bar while waiting for you and Big A to do 100 and then you can catch up with us. Very important to hydrate after a long ride.

Well they're letting the Papists hear all about it in Louisville. We hate our kids, aren't teaching them societal values, are trying to kill us all.

Derby, FC Matches, Derby City Gaming, protests, bars, 20,000 UofL students returning to communal living are all fine though.

A 200 year old institution supposed to be hanging in the balance of Andy Beshear’s whims. FOH.

What was the place on Nicholasville road where 5 Guys is now? Over near Regency? I remember going there all the time when I was a kid. Always had Andy’s chocolates with the check.

Been trying to figure this out for years. Even went so far as to look at PVA records some time ago trying to discern who former owners of the property might have been and if I could tie it back to a restaurant group. Never could find the answer.

If memory serves, there was a long seating area on the Nich. Rd. side that basically had a window the entire length that also went up over your head.

Just wrangled my sisters’ families to join me in a rainstorm to drink at an outdoor brewery beer garden. Continuing party on the veranda here in vacation land, cranking John Prine... Uncle Kook is a lunatic with his microbrew growlers of 8% Coastal Evacuation for all.

My people.

Dinner at 7:15.

August!
