So I remember seeing a 30/30 that was being made about Dwight Anderson and there were some big names being interviewed talking about how he was an Amazing player and the next big thing etc....

i don’t think it was ever released though - does that sound familiar?

I really don’t remember him playing at UK - just remember my dad talking about him for years afterward

Bought a new car. I think only because of boredom. Had enough time on my hands to slaughter dealership and get a sweetheart deal.

washed and detailed my own rigs today for far less than $300. My back currently wishing I paid for the Silver plan. But beautiful weather and a trove of products had to be utilized.

neighbor barber dude dropped by tonight to cut my son’s hair... threw my wig a chop too cause he’s a good dude.

ribeyes reverse seared with worschershire and Montreal seasoning, broccoli, taters.

Lonesome Valley by the Fairfield Four on the deck Sonos as I sip some Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend.

Dreading work Monday.

CClark had his best game this weekend - congrats on the win doggy.
Sometimes you just catch the breaks at the right time, and things go your way. This win is big for our team going forward.

Yesterday afternoon I watched a youth Drive, Chip, and Putt contest yesterday at the course I frequent. It's pretty amazing how good some of these kids are at 10 years old. Swings are almost robotic. Most also have a few grand in their bag which is equally is amazing. Watching a child pull the cover off of his scotty cameron- k.

EPL coming back this week even though every person in the UK is already dead or has the virus. How do we not have at least baseball back? Was tough to really follow the draft bc it feels like the sport on the verge of another mass exodus of fans.

Rotating 2-3 days in the office and working remotely the other days is the way to go. Should be the future for everyone that is able to do it. Cubicle farms are DEAD.

Didnt watch the 30 for 30 yet but sports needs another steroid era. Those were the days.

Companies that lease space will probably let leases expire and let employees work from home. Companies that own buildings may see more come back to the office. We own and get tax breaks for number of folks in seats. So, can't see us staying away permanently.
Curious, think a commercial real estate guy is on here, what future is for this space?

- If you know what the plan is to open the schools back up, release the plan immediately. No need to delay the release so you can have a formal announcement. Get the info to the families/teachers/schools so they can make the decisions they need to make.

- Betty Crocker cake mix + plastic container of icing >>>>>>> dry-*** $4.50 "gourmet" cupcakes. The proliferation of expensive cupcakes has been unfortunate. "But but but... these are "wedding cake"".... Get out.

- Spent the weekend hiking at Natural Bridge and then headed to Bell Co to hang out with pops for the first time in forever. Honestly felt really good for him to mercilessly mock me and laugh.

- Last week was rough. Finally got to see my mom. She was too scared to hug me and she's in bad enough shape these days that I feel it's the last time I will see her every time I leave.

OTOH, fixed a leaky toilet, ordered her some Merv 11 filters and got the smart thermostat back online.

- Really normal day on Saturday. Took the wife to brunch, ran some errands and caught some sports. No masks required anywhere. Progress.

- Spent roughly 6 hours installing a new head unit in the Z. Filing down plastic, shimming brackets, dog-cussing inanimate objects while sweating profusely in the muggy Florida weather. Enjoyed every GD second of it.

- Watched a lot of golf. A lot. It's funny that all the comments get full attention because of no crowd noise. Heard some cringe-worthy things that sounded better in the head I'm sure. Also interesting to see the pressure get to the guys missing easy putts and considering there is no crowd pressure.

- NY is just hysterical to me at this point. Still chastising and punishing small business and still mum on protests undermining "safe" covid protocol. Time to move on and reopen already.

Pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, patio this weekend. If you have a pressure washer and don't have one of these you need to buy one immediately.

Turned what was an all day job into a 2 hour job and they're only $50-$80.

^Whats the name of that?
Rotating surface cleaner. Briggs & Stratton

- Random, but the WTF was GI Jane? Which pervy *** Weinstein type producer was sitting around and thought, "I really need a movie that's like 50% workout scenes of a jacked bald woman with huge fake tits...but it can't just be a disgusting porno"?

TMFS. If you have a pressure washer without a rotating head you are doing it completely wrong.

In the market for a Hot Tub once the new house is finished, any recs? Looks like covid has caused a huge demand spike.

I have a Hot Springs-the Grande. Love it, the only issue I’ve had with it was the stereo...so I wouldn’t get that with it.

Just think about what you want, more of a social thing for entertaining, or do you want more of a personal relaxation device with lounge seats...

Hot Springs is definitely a brand I’m looking at, in my top 2. I like the filtration system and jets seem pretty powerful. I’m going with a model that has a lounger. It will be 2 of us most of the time so not too concerned about the entertaining aspect. Doubt I would get a stereo since I have plenty of BT options already.

Artesian is other brand with Majestic and Caldera as 3 & 4 (budget conscious, Non GYEROman)

I honestly couldn’t even tell you the last time I was in a hot tub. Years, for sure.

I’m not a bit above hypocrisy if it means taking a shot at some of you fools, but I’ll stand by my assessment. They mostly suck.

My first tub in Michigan was a caldera, also a nice spa.

Whatever you choose, make sure you get the cover caddy. Easy for one person to operate.

A nice thick Turkish robe is also a must, for smug life.
