Pardon me. Do you have any Grey Poupon?

Ah who am I kidding here in a Historic District overlooked by exposed brick while drinking premium bourbon from a Tiffany’s rocks glass in high end LL Bean slippers.
The #smuglyfe in other words.

Welcome.

You can make a solid argument that Tony Delk was the coolest Wildcat of all-time. The answer is clearly Jamal Effing Mashburn crushing a basketball on a poster but an argument can be made for Tony "00" Delk. The Harrison Twins were cool and all but, I mean, lets respect Wildcat Royalty.

I'm convinced that Coronavirus has made us all dumber.

I'll tell ya what's impressive: the side boob on ol' #29.

---> can't imagine how bad those women smelled.

Was disappointed that my favorite painting didn't make the cut: el Greco's View of Toledo

I’m going to test my wife in Llama’s art here dreckly. She’s an art teacher. I knew 19 with a little extra knowledge. I’m a Hopper man. Love his stuff and my favorite painting ever is Nighthawks.

Hopper is mine as well, by far. My favorite is Gas (no LOL), but also love his seascapes, beachscapes and lighthouses - mostly Cape Cod.

Vibrant but understated colors, good use of shadows, but best of all, lots of angles and straight lines.

Including lobby, hallways, etc., I have no fewer than 12 Hopper prints in my office, TS.

Simpleton, probably. But I like what I like.

Wait- I can’t keep up. Are we buying into this evening’s rumor, this morning’s rumor, yesterday’s rumor or last week’s?

Per the internet, Kentucky MBB was 331st out 353 teams in 3 point FG's made per game, this season.

...and 349th out of 3's taken, per game.

Unbelievable statistic as I've ever seen, especially considering where the game is at now.
This frustrates me way more than whiffing on a grad transfer that was almost brought to tears because the IU students were chanting mean things.

If Matt Haarms doesn’t look like a BYU guy, I don’t know who does. The only thing he looks more like is a backup center for Gonzaga . . . maybe. When I saw that BYU was in the mix, I knew we were in trouble.

Be honest: if haarms was 7’0” no one would give a **** about him. We want him because he’s 7’3”. We want to see the circus freak dunk a basketball. We want to point at laugh at him awkwardly try and communicate with other humans. We don’t care about him, really.

How big a difference can 3 inches really make?

Dear Diary,
It is day 69 of quarantine. Today the boredom finally overtook me and I resorted to openly setting up Doc Boat. Back on day twelve I swore this pandemic could take my life but not my pride. I have made a liar of myself. Tomorrow I plan to siphon gasoline out of the Rav-4 to drink with dinner...

(Back to art discussion, which is much happier than UK basketball discussion.)

I have seen the David

and the Mona Lisa too

and I have seen Doc Watson play the Columbus Stockade Blues.

(^ All personally true, the last being the one I am most proud of, by a long shot.)

Sisk nailed it last week from his Purdue source. Called Haarms an odd bird. Didn't like alpha males, was sensitive to criticism and didn't enjoy being in the fishbowl.

Not your typical GET ME TO THE LEAGUE kid, clearly.

Good grief.
