With all this downtime I started watching Batman the Animated Series again...
Show holds up extremely well -- even now as an adult. Maybe the best portrayal of Batman on any format. Casting is 10/10 and the writing/episodes are excellent.
- Elijah Craig BP A120 score today. LFG. 137 proof, lol.
- Pair of Frye driver mocs this week. Crucial for warm weather versatility.
- 'The Last Dance' looks unreal. My wife is even excited. She's not a huge sports ball but she'll get behind ANY good documentary... I'm sure Wilbon will be insufferably dramatic tho.

The cookie discussion today has been outstanding. Just added some Toll House chocolate chip dough and a half gallon of whole milk to the Instacart order.
Why does everyone freak out when someone tests positive for coronavirus? It’s not a death sentence. Sure, let’s be concerned for their condition and hope and pray they don’t or haven’t spread it to others. But there is a 99.9% chance they are going to survive, especially if they are healthy and young. The fear mongering has to stop.
^ even better that some of these testing facilities have big delays in reporting, so "ZOMG a positive" you hear about could be some deal from nearly two weeks ago.

Yep. I waited til 2:30 CST, as I do every Saturday, because that’s when the CBS game kicks off.
There’s a lot to be said for routine.
It may be kismet, but my Big Green Egg broke this morning at the connection point of hinge to bottom ceramic. If not covered by its Lifetime Warranty - I will be forced to buy that badass pellet competition rig I’ve had my eye on for a couple years.

Pay no attention to those numbers, we just report tests different than every other state according to everyone's favorite radio host. Andy is doing a great job learning sign language and giving people the social media attention they crave, thats what will get us through this (together).
Don't know if we should or we shouldn't. Fayette Cty had 1 reported new case yesterday. Maybe we are testing fine. Who knows? Don't really know anything more than we did last week. That's all I'm asking for is some grown up talk and less social media posts.

The Stanford study showed that 60-75k have likely been infected in Santa Clara County, despite only 2k testing positive. 70 people have died. Math says that’s approximately a 0.1% death rate. The death rate for low-risk population is less than that.
