There's not a single one of these guy's I'm 100% convinced is even in a rotation in 3 years, let alone a starter. Including Maxey.

I'd be shocked if Hagans or EJ do anything at all. I love Quickley but everything about him screams overseas career. He's not rated the highest by any stretch, but I could see Richards hanging around the end of a rotation for a long time just because he has a jump shot now and can protect the rim.

I used to think Alex Jones was just a wacky political conspiracy theorist, which is fine. But the fact that he’s that AND dude who keeps his show afloat by peddling fake potions, tinctures, magical remedies and snake oil is a whole different ballgame. Wow just wow.

Thanks to John Oliver’s skit for the heads up on that one.
Did Alex Jones post a graph of flu and pneumonia deaths? I wouldn’t know. I can see how a simple graph could be viewed as a conspiracy by people like WJ

"Decent shot" is exactly what I'd say for those two, certainly no better. And I'd go with very unlikely for the other three. (I don't personally give Hagans any shot. You just can't be a defensive specialist and be under-sized.) How that turned into all 5 leaving is beyond me.

It would be great if Calipari at least addressed UK fans' concerns rather than just spilling more horseshit. This is starting to feel like the last few years of Tubby but with better results.

Honestly, is the UK admin even trying to market to Billy Joe Wildcat?

Doubt we hear about it but I think you had some **** going on behind closed doors that soured everyone. Pretty damn amazing we won as many games as we did.

Whitney quit.
Hagans checked out in January.
Juzang bolted asap and word was he almost left when Whitney did.
Montgomery leaving with NO shot at being drafted.

Is that 3 years in a row we've had a guy quit the team during the season? Vando, Green, Whitney?

Just FTR, I'll believe Allen is a part of the team when he checks in a game.

-I think Quickley is just awkward/quirky enough offensively to overcome his physical limitations. He also has the maturity & mindset to put in the work to make it happen - wouldn't be surprised at all if he carves out a career as a journeyman eventually in the 'new' NBA of bombs away.

Rankings:

Pissed Off:

1. Juzang
2. EJ
3. Whitney (although it ultimately didn't matter since he declared)

Sad, but they earned it:

1. Quickley

Had to, and am happy for them:

1. Richards

WGAF:

1. Hagans

Going to be weird seeing all those people in the stands at professional sporting events spaced 3 seats apart, staggered row-by-row, wearing surgical masks and gloves.

In the comparison game:

IQ = Sedale Threatt. But a better shooter.
Trashton = Rory Sparrow (who wouldn't play more than a few years in the NBA of today)

If EJ leaves then it’s pretty clear everyone on the team hated it here or the parents hated the coaching staff or something was up. We’ve never had this many players that might not even be drafted leave like this. Just an odd group.

What's the over/under on players on the roster next year who are in theory capable of being in the rotation? Meaning if there was an injury and they had to play more than 8 minutes per game it would be fine. Is it 8.5? The six recruits, Mintz and Brooks? How sure are we about Allen? We'd need to add another just to get beyond 9 and that's IF everyone works out and is ready to go and there are no injuries.

Just a reminder that we have 13 scholarships. What do we do with the ones we're not gonna use? Does that money just get donated to the K-fund?

Based on what I'm seeing online, even the sunshine peddlers are getting sick of this ****.

Two things I think are true:

1. John Calipari is very popular with the UK fanbase.
2. His "approval rating" among UK fans has never been lower.

We only have room for about 9 dreams, bub. Beyond that and you're just getting silly.

How will restaurants survive if they have to practice social distancing with fewer tables and occupants? Serious question. They are on life support now. If you cut capacity back 25-30%, that will shut the doors for a lot of places.

And bars? Not a chance.

Much easier to rescue a few industries than most industries.

This We are now worried about preventing a second wave of COVID nonsense is where it is all going to fall apart, imo.

GTFO. If there is no vaccine and we can't save old people, fat people, or people with respiratory problems, that sucks. Keep them home and make accommodations. Shouldn't stop the whole damn economy.

The hospitals in most of the US are ghost towns. NYC is not Everytown USA. We have huge capacity and we are hurting other problems by focusing on this ****. That conversion of the Nutter Training Facility to a pesthouse is not looking like the best decision right now.

We are idiots.

Or maybe they know the coronavirus is a hoax meant to fool us all into sheltering in place because there’s a giant extinction level event sized asteroid heading our way and the reals are loading up their boats with bottled water and Ensure and skipping town ever think about that?

I was all on board this theory last month, but I think that sucker was scheduled to fly by Saturday night. Models could be off though. Would be very on brand for 2020.

edit: there are 2! The first one is a biggie. Going to fly by around 1:00 am tonight about 3 million miles away.

the 2nd will get much closer, but is likely to burn up in earth’s atmosphere, causing an explosion equal to that of a couple of atomic bombs, but not making impact. It’s said to get within 225,000 miles. No biggie!

In all seriousness Chase that sucks.... unless you’re looking to market to bankruptcy and family law clients in which case hang on until June and you’ll be drowning in work! And DIAF.

Lucky for me I'm primarily doing...

Medicaid planning ------> Nursing homes shut down and everyone in their right mind doesn't want their relative to end up there.

Criminal defense------>courts are shut down and no one is being arrested

Personal Injury------->less people on the roads = less accidents.

So you could say I made the perfect decision in my areas of practice.
