I think the governor has been pretty good on this whole thing up to the “we are taking down license plates” stuff.

Our law enforcement personnel, especially in rural counties, are stretched thin as it is...what are they going to patrol these church goers houses to make sure they don’t violate the quarantine? If they do and there is a charge good luck finding a jury in Kentucky that will convict.
