I like how Carol's second husband gives off the I know she is bat **** crazy but I don't want to end up as tiger chow so I'm going to be a 100% lapdog vibe. It's an underrated part of that show.
Umm, that dude loves living under threat of being murdered by a woman. Before he met Carol I guarantee he paid hookers to walk on him and whatnot

I’m pretty sure I could pass the first year of med school after this thing is over based on how many medical papers I’ve read in the last month and will in the coming months.

I request bills/records all the time from a lot of different providers and billing companies, and I deal with subrogation issues with private health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. The turnover associated with those jobs is incredibly high. Most billing departments are incompetent AF, and the people in charge of them don't usually give a f*ck. Same goes for the subrogation departments for private and public health insurance.

Another thing I see a lot. Provider gets paid in full by PIP. Provider also gets paid full contractual rate by patient's health insurance. Getting a refund to the patient's health insurance carrier, or to PIP, for the double payment takes for f*cking ever 90% of the time, and 100% of the time it's like pulling teeth. Zero chance the double payments are ever corrected by a provider on their own and without being pushed to do it. It's not even a greed issue, there's almost no chance the doctors even know it's happening. The billing departments are just completely incompetent.

In car accident cases, there are most likely millions of dollars a year double paid to providers and I bet 5% isn't ever refunded to one of the paying insurances.

No one gives a ****. Honestly, I don't give a **** until the patient's health insurance company won't remove a charge from their lien until they get a refund from the provider.

May not be a bad time for Science to grab folks like Keith Richards, Randy Quaid, Nick Nolte and a handful of ****** porn stars to see how their systems are thwarting the bat flu. Use it as a chance to see what mutated gene they possess, reverse engineer, bottle it and #profit

- We've gone to an online State Assembly. Cannot wait for the conspiracy theories...as someone who was voted Co-County Chairman at the Caucus last month (without running, no idea how it happened as I had lived here less than 2 months and never done a caucus)...I'm sure I'll field many of those complaints.

- My Klonopin prescription has been clutch during this lockdown. I NEVER take them unless I'm having a panic attack, however, I've discovered taking a half of one and zoning out in front of a TV, then waking up on the couch five hours later has been a good time killer.

- A woman was selling individual Magic Markers in my parking lot last night, then tried to break into cars. She was tackled, tased, pants came down, the works. Watched everything from my balcony. Much needed entertainment.

- The Challenge really hit the "sports" spot last night. Interested to see Bananas and Wes team up. Been going through and watching old seasons.

- Del Frisco's Double Eagle 30% off on Uber Eats...boom.

My mom does consulting for hospitals trying to clean up their billing, A/R, and insurance/Medicare/Medicare payments. It is insane at the demand, she has to turn down multiple requests from facilities each week, and how effed up healthcare finance departments are.

She’s turned it into a nice little post retirement gig.

"Every time we see yall round here we gonna chase you down, get yo **** and get the hell out." had a nice little legal touch to it. Really let the perps know the seriousness of it. Shorty's Food mart, well of course, with a name like Shorty's you should have known it wasn't legit.

Was very profitable at Gulf Stream today.

Race 6 $4 WIN / PLACE on the #7 paid $48.00
Race 6 $2 Ex. Box on the #1 / #7 / #9 paid $187.80
Race 9 $2 Ex.. Box on the #3 / #7 / #9 paid $222.60

Played the whole card and some races with multiple bets, ended the day up $430.60.

Combine that with the $94 I won on the Florida Derby card and its been a nice couple of days.
Can't wait to get back at it tomorrow and give some of it back, 2 days of winning, I am due a losing day, just the way it works.

I have 2 pending plays in the Asian Basketball league :

Yulon Dinos (no Flintstones) -5.5 $25
Bank Of Taiwan UNDER 87.5 team total $25

Docs, since you can't buy N95 masks, would an elevation training mask be any better than making a homemade mask out of cloth?

Ohio stay at home order extended to May 1st. Shewee April is gonna be something else.

I’ve settled into whatever the hell is put in front of my face. Just finished my 3rd glass of Rose, last night was Cabarnet, day before scotch, day before I don’t even remember. Who the f*ck cares at this point.

I’m handling this whole situation well

My rep let me know this afternoon webcast was full so ill listen to recording later. I feel fortunate to be a chase customer they will figure it out. The scary part is the hometown banks trying to navigate it with cash needs everywhere.

The PPP is going to be a nightmare as the vast majority of businesses will, and should, apply for it. Allocating 350B for it is laughable. My banker is convinced they’re going to allocate more, which they probably will as it’s basically Monopoly money at this point.

Yep, I tried to get on the 4 pm Chase call, but it was full (even though I registered yesterday). Listened to the replay.

As Anth said, probably nothing you didn't already know. I mainly had 2 questions: when will the application be available, and does the PPP program overlap with the disaster program. At this point, their answer to both is "we don't know yet".
