Working with agencies of the federal government through times like this is frustrating as all hell. Their response in my area thus far is to hold conference calls and zoom meetings and take a bunch of questions- then answer those questions by saying they will have to come up with an actual answer and get back to everyone with it- then when they publish a response, it doesn't actually answer ****.

Starting a new week that will be the same as the previous two weeks, knowing the next 6-8 weeks are all also going to be exactly the same. I mean, damn....

Been listening in on my wife's conference calls at work and her pharma company is apparently optimistic about their convalescent plasma treatment they are using in trials now. Would help my stock portfolio out dramatically. Also pretty sure my wife has been making tiktok videos.

Seems like everything is at least 25% off right now so if you need some new polo's or shoes to sit around your living room in-- pretty good time to buy.

Wonder who would be in the Final Four...

"Safe" on Netflix was a good watch... 7-8 episode commitment

They were given just plaquenil without zinc or the antibiotic and then there is this gem:

"The researchers who conducted the study, a team from the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center in China, acknowledge that their clinical trial was small and a larger study would be necessary to confirm the results."

was merely showing that for each story that someone posted- there is also another story out there that says something different

Would assume since it was coming from China, with them claiming they are in the clear- they would be proclaiming it a success if it were just propaganda.

China is currently claiming bear bile is the best treatment, and all new cases are the result of people bringing it into China from other countries.

I have concluded that possibly my most valuable management skill is asking, "So what exactly have we decided to do here?" at the end of meetings like this.

Clark's link is terrible. Boo him.

What you posted cites "anecdotal reports" that it may provide some benefit. And that they are basically moving forward because the benefits could outweigh the risk of it.

Obviously we all want it to work and work for everyone- but thats not really what it says...

Doctors from NY reported 79 out of 80 patients in critical condition improved since last Tuesday when their study started......1 did not and I think has passed away.

That was reported Saturday night somewhere but I don’t remember where.

what they wanted was time to increase the study to 250 people/cases. So that’s why it’s being reported as “may” have benefit.

Ok I’m off to work now, enjoy your space!

The only golf course we have has been closed for a week. So ridiculous imo, you go out in groups of four. What’s the problem?

The Dr. in NY that started the ball rolling on this treatment says he is now a perfect 699 for 699 though he could be a terrorist mastermind:

This seems like a big deal:

You roll with the Chinese and I'll stick with CNN, krazy, and FDA. sprinkles.

I have a bad feeling things will only continue to become more heavy handed. Unfortunately, leaders probably need to be over the top with their orders just to allow a little buffer for safety. It's a damn shame, too. I'm no doctor, but I 100% believe safe, healthy outdoor activity will only HELP, not hurt the cause.

Golfing, fishing, walking your dog, running, going for a bike ride, sunbathing.....basically, anything where people can be active in a group of no more than 2-3 people.

Also, trying hard to avoid the comments section of that C-J story about Hunting Creek. I can only imagine the level of stupid boiling over in that pot right now.

Like I said- obviously everyone wants it to work and be accessible to the masses right away. I just have a feeling its not going to be that easy as the realization that a cure was already basically lying around...

Would assume if that is the drug that ends up being the one that saves humanity- that will wrap up the 2020 election

^^^ Regarding the 2020 election - the best conspiracy theory I've read lately is that the Democrats knew that this treatment would be successful and were waiting to announce it. Trump caught wind of it and beat them to the punch forcing them to attack him.

Shew. As crazy as that is....I give it a slight chance of being true because Trump.

And then you have the Michigan governor that effectively banned the use of that treatment. She had a very good chance to be the VP candidate. Looking very doubtful now.

Rumor going around that Chase is a vapist, but Q hasn't confirmed if this is misdirection to throw us off the "Chad is filling in for someone" trail or not.

Situation developing.
