Now that we're all looking for recs for shows to watch, Vice has an amazing two-part documentary on Youtube dealing with the Chris Benoit double-murder-suicide.

Never knew Benoit had an older son (his spitting image, by the way) and the absolute hell he's been through having to be known as Benoit's son.

Chris Jericho comes off as an absolute class-act in this.

A+++++

That was a tough episode to get through but happy the nephew and aunt reconnected. Also shows just how f'd we are as a society sometimes to blame someone's innocent kid, that wasn't even in the same country, for what his obviously mentally broken and damaged father did.

But it's also a testament to how tough he must be because that could easily drive someone into the depths of no return.

Great episode. Hug your family.

One day "Police stopped us and gave us a hard time." "my friend told them, It is OK we have all pretty much slept together." Then called out about the ugliness / sleazy look of said girls, then it becomes "we are JUST friends, try it sometime." OK, but don't brag about sleeping with them, then when called out change it to "Just friends."

-ap suggins carryout last night. Spicy finger platter w/cheese(and bacon) fries. Favourite *fat* meal.

-doesnt look like Prima will get to have a HS graduation ceremony. Sucks for her. I am conflicted tbh. Those things are a **** show.

-now would be the time for "overnight" college visits. Obviously not happening.

-down to a small state school near cincy (nearly full ride) and the fighting anths, fighting ucl's(iirc) and fighting geeses (15-25k per annum as of now...ive learned that they sweeten the pot as deadline approaches). Thoughts?.*

*normally wouldn't post something this personal...but it beats covidyero.

Why is everything so dumb.

The virus is nobody's "fault." It's not Trump's fault, it's not the media's fault, it's not China's fault (though they did lie about it and try to cover it up, resulting in thousands of deaths and global calamity so maybe it really is China's fault).

And no, it's not a hoax, and no, it's not going to result in 2M American deaths. Good Lord, people. Be smarter.

The reality is that it's here, and we're dealing with it. It sucks, but we'll get through it, like we've gotten through everything else.

Stay positive. With each day that passes, not only are we 24 hours closer to the end of this thing, but we're also 24 hours closer to sweet embrace of death.

Our lack of an early response nationally, is indeed, Trump's fault.

Ok. That's e-f***ing-nough.

It's been like a week you two have been going back and forth. No one gives a f***, seriously, go share a GD ventilator with a COVID patient. This thread sucks enough right now with no sports, but it's all most of us have to talk sports/randoms right now...furreal, GTFO.

Beautiful day on the golf course, although a bit soggy. Maintained our social distances (and off the tee if ya know what I mean[smoke]), one person per cart. Actually kind of liked bumping the hole instead of pulling the flag out.

Pretty rusty, but finished strong with a birdie and a behemoth drive. Nice little BLT carryout afterwords from the club. Let's just fast forward to May and everybody keep distancing yourselves.

Sloot go make some dinner [laughing]

I'm not exactly convinced that carry-out food couldn't carry Coronavirus. Especially since there are no masks for food-service workers. Due to this, the Dougan family will continue to have home cooked meals until this is over or the year 2023, whichever happens last.

Raised cups are wack AF, literally makes the hole twice as big, and takes speed out of play. Ours currently has them shallow, so you still have to actually make the putt - but can retrieve without touching the flag - hopefully it stays that way.

Of course, I don't suppose that matters much if the only reason you play golf is to hopefully notch a couple of long drives to brag about.

We're on 1 cart pp, and max 2 carts per group b/c of the high volume of play (tee sheet is packed full) - so lots of walkers, which people actually seem to be enjoying.

It could be 100% Trump's fault.

Or, maybe the lack of early response may have something to do with China concealing the true nature and extent of the virus for months, while letting millions of people travel to and from the country during the Chinese New Year celebration, causing a global pandemic.

- I’m about as locked down as anyone could be right now, but Morton’s is throwing some killer curbside deals out there (fast food prices) just across the river and I’m this close to just eating from there until I need a vent. Man.

- My daughter had a low grade fever for about 10 days (started two weeks ago) and I felt like dogshit all last week. But, I think it was just because I’m a lazy dad ******* who doesn’t do anything, but then I moved all our our worldly possessions on black coffee and poptarts for three days. Really hoping that I had it and kicked its *** already.

- We moved in a real whirlwind and have yet to find the papers we got from buying the new house. Kinda concerning???

If you believe Chinese death stats, you may be a waterhead.

Effers were chasing doctors and folks like state-run dog catchers about the same time sulphur dioxide was lighting up the Hubei skies from funeral pyres.

so N Korea and China got **** right... completely believable.

I’m starting to think that Trump has an over-abundance of dumb luck. Like a dude that never busts when he hits in 16. Hard to explain.

I’m no numbers or data ball, but it sounds like the Imperial College has a lot of KenPom in it.

Yea I mean the IC was ringing the alarm in January but obviously we aren't trusting them anymore. Deep state atkot.

Jesus Christ, you dolts are going to let him off the hook for this one, too. Unbelievable.
Didn't he ban travel from China in late January? As well as quarantines for returning folks. Based on reactions to the travel ban we would still have had 100's of flights coming from China daily if the other party had been in charge.

Let's not also forget that the entire country and political apparatus was wrapped up in a sham impeachment. Had the entire focus not been on that we might not be where we are.

I'd also like to add that I think this thing has been here since at least November. Had a regular at the liquor store spend around a month in the hospital for a pneumonia related problem that doctors had no idea what it was. Came close to death. She is a world traveler also.

And that sportswriter guy with the mysterious death.
