I’d rather have a guaranteed pension for my old age than an instrument so heavily constructed around the boom and bust cycle which can be heavily manipulated by outside forces and factors.

But that’s just me.

It used to be that a refined musical palate was gyero's Achilles heel.

Seems that's evolved with everyone growing up and now any rationale comprehension around investing, how the markets work and general risk tolerance has surpassed that. Sign of the times and whatnot.

Unless you eliminate every single sporting event, concert, convention, rodeo, etc, etc, etc, where there may be thousands of people in attendance, then this decision is a blip on the radar. Meanwhile, you will have hundreds of people in bars and restaurants watching the games across the country...in the grand scheme of things that is probably more likely to cause a problem than the dozen or so people seated near you in an arena.

And given flights are already low on passengers, that is another insignificant band-aid.

Your ignorance knows no bounds, dumbass.

...or talking to a financial advisor may be a more prudent use of your time.

My dude I’m 38 years old. Single. Great job that I love with great benefits and clear six figures. One kid starting Belmont in the Fall. I have a house I bought in 2011 30 minutes outside of Nashville on some acreage that I could sell today for 3x what I paid. I still rail twenty somethings with daddy issues on the regular.

All that being said I think society could be fairer and more equitable to people less fortunate than me and who society isn’t structured to benefit.

You keep watching the ticker. I’m going to lay up on a patio, smoke a nice cigar, have some drinks and commiserate with likeminded souls that my favorite time of the year is gone.

Thank God Masters is the first major. Heaven forbid a tourney that has 10-12+ hours of TV a day canceled. Then I'd be upset.

Masters - FOH.

Always have a plan B. Just text my bookie and told him "Enable black jack and casino games for my account." He sent me a text "I figured you would be texting me that, you degenerate."

A man has to gamble in March, that is the rules. No NCAA Tounrey, so sitting at my desk playing black jack it is. Of course I will regret it in a couple hours from now when I am down $300.
