Century Cat vs. SLR is a real delight, and I look forward to its new plot points and intrigue that will surely develop over the next month.

On the plus side, great time to buy a house!
Tell me about it! I was even able to get our closing moved up. Even though they had a company-wide conference call this morning to not allow it, because they are so busy (and some will be dying soon).

When they pushed back and asked for a reason, I threw in a new magic phrase:

“We wanted to use “abundance of caution” to avoid process delays due to unforeseen societal consequences from COVID-19.”

They said, “That’s fair.”

The Players - Tour just put out they're monitoring which means they'll get blowback and not allow fans by Sat.

- When I got Swine Flu '08 or '09...felt great, but woke up in my buddy's guest room middle of the night thinking I was dying.

- IF we go on a quarantine here, excited to meet to folks out in Vegas this weekend.

- Legitimately worried about my retired dad though (many here have met), says he's fine and stopped last week for a bit...but he's mid-70's and volunteers at the USO at O'Hare for military shipping out/coming home from war.

- Sports betting starts May 1st in Colorado...and will be nothing to bet on.

- Not mad at some emo chicks.

- Cal was sick AF coaching last week. Looked/sounded terrible. Highly doubt either him or Hoiberg have Covid-19.

Everything I've read makes it seem like NHL will be following suit.

Massive win for ol Randall, as the Blue Jackets have about 30 players on IR. So a little month off should get them healthy for the stretch run.

-Michael Osterholm on Rogan is a really good listen other than the bit where stoned *** Rogan brings up deer diseases.

-Yesterday definitely one of those days we'll remember for a long long time. What a weird time.

-I can understand people that over/under-react to something like this but what I can't understand is using it as a political take. Bad look and pretty disgusting.

-Hate to say it but WOKE-n is kinda right. What happens when 1 player, coach, assistant tests positive during the NCAAT? Probably worth going for it but still skeptical it even gets started at this point.

-Guess since we won't be romping around Nashville all weekend I'll hunker down with the family, hope to watch some sports, overboil a couple steaks and drink my pain away.

Got a sixer of Hamm's tall boys and some beans and rice yesterday on the way home. Should be able to make it through the shooting time with that stock

Hoiberg only has the flu. College basketball is back on!

Boy there was so much shaming going on with Hoiberg last night. I'm sure no one is coming back to change their take on him.

So when will it be OK to start **** back up? Who is arbiter on this?

In the rush to to close/cancel Businesses are going to shut down. Schools are going to close. Which are going to have a major hardship on parents then that will result in many people losing their jobs. We are looking at the worst economic disaster in the US since the Great Depression.

Probably when the hospitals are determined to have enough slack.

It took Beijing a month of shutting down and they did it more strictly that we will. They had Uber eats delivering meals to each block and they staggered the pick up times for one designated person to leave their house every other day.

How hard is Harris angling behind the scenes to be in “essential personnel” right now?

Would be the highlight brag in a career full of them.

He is lobbying nonstop on Twitter to have the tournament delayed. He must have been shot down.

Dow down another 7 1/2% already this morning, but it’s all good. We’ve got low unemployment and a nice financial cushion. Piece of cake.

I like to think I had it back in February and am now super-immune.

Same. Pretty nasty cough went through this area about a month ago. Everyone in my family got it. I’m still working through it. Several people at my office missed a week of work.

I have no idea what to think of all this. Just wish we could fast forward a month and get back to normal as soon as possible.
