I mean, it’s no coincidence Anth’s epic fail led to the meltdown on Tuesday night, racist rants, and continued spread of the corona virus.

* I like how Doc Boat finally gets married a year ago and now every other post (not steak related) is about PTI dying alone.

* Creeping toward 48. Not too worried about the coronavirus getting me, but I sure don't want it to kill my 82 year old Dad or anyone else in my family.

* Need a W tomorrow. I think we fans need it more than the team.

* Club level seats for the SECT in hand.

* Big St. Columban Fish Fry tonight.

* Speaking of fish Fridays, go to your local Kroger(s) and snag some Private Selection Sesame Shrimp Toast. (frozen in the seafood dept)

2 for $3 right now. Absolutely excellent and so easy a Chad could make it. Hens and in-laws love it, too.

* Friday 5. (Tom Petty's Buried Treasure Edition)

JJ Cale - Carry On
The Beatles - Devil in her Heart
Lee Dorsey - Working in the Coal Mine
White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Eric Burdon/War - Spill the Wine

* Get out there and get it, GYERO. It's Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidaaaaaaaaay.

-Just the the right Thursday night buzz for Dad with a gentle hangover that has mostly subsided.

-Not financially set for life by any means or even close to it, but I've got nothing else "big" I want in life. Pay the house off. Get the kids through welding school. Enjoy the ride.

-That overcooked steak definitely raised a lot of questions. Dropped anth a seed line.

-Really appreciate the fast forward :15 second feature on, you know, internet videos. Just right.

-Have to appreciate an early and long spring sweater season. Yellow and pale blue/aqua go tos ready for pick up at the dry cleaner.

-Speaking of, NuYale man almost exclusively at this point, though I have no real axe to grind with Highland. I will turn on a service provider just to flex and assert my independence sometimes.

Friday 5
Call Me Irresponsible - Bobby Darin
Jack Straw - Grateful Dead
St. Dominic's Preview - Van Morrison
Candy Everybody Wants - 10,000 Maniacs
Heroes - David Bowie

So, I won't be commenting directly on Cal's tweets anymore, good grief. Was fun for a minute, but I'm up to about 400 notifications now from responses to my tweet + the piggybacks from other people's responses.

Unreal

-I did notice Anth set his SV on 129 - that's a little high imo, doesn't leave a whole lotta room for sear time without going over unless you're doing some HOSS cuts. JMO

You’re no one Twitter until you’ve been blocked by the Calipari girls because you responded to one of their biweekly “You rubes should be sucking my dad off” tweets with It’s the University of Kentucky, not the University of Calipari.

*Being a lazy, contrarian poster doesn't necessarily mean one is lazy or as awful in real life. Obviously sometimes it does though.

*NCAA is sending out ticket package order forms via email a couple times a week so I dont think they are going to go into quarantine mode- although I doubt attendance is going to be great anywhere for the first two rounds.

*My travel woes are well documented... recent years trips have been interrupted by freak ice storms grounding air traffic, foreign airline strikes, a terrorist massacre, and the obvious lost luggage and stolen amex (all $16k spent in an 8 hour period was returned immediately). So naturally leaving next week we get to deal with an unprecedented pandemic. I wont be shocked if I end up quarantined abroad. Its whatever. If its going to be flu-like (assuming you wont get it twice) just inject me with it, give me a case of pedialyte and leave me alone for a couple weeks.

Friday 5:
Counting Crows: Round Here
SDRE: In Circles
Jay Z: Heart of the City
Prince: Little Red Corvette
Temple of the Dog: Say Hello to Heaven

Fishing is a great call if you hate things like fun and amenities.

More like glamping.

He’s got a guide, heated cabin on the boat, and hotel room/cabin by the lake. It’s pretty nice and quite enjoyable actually.

Cumberland striper are fantastic.

If there’s one silver lining, it’s the hope that this should bring the cruise industry to its knees once and for all. Why anyone would vacation in such a manner is beyond me.

28.5M people took a cruise in 2018, fwiw. People like visiting multiple places in a 7-14 day time frame, having great eats, gambol, listen to bands, check out nice scenery, etc. Pretty much stuff that would make you miserable.

I can’t think of anything more boring than having lasses in bikinis, drinking and sunbathing on the back of my boat while I fish. Thanks to inverters they can also use the blender for foo-foo drinks or watch movies/videos on the fire stick. Man I miss the old days of just fishing with worms, cane poles and sitting on the bank.

Old and don’t have an immune system to speak of on my treatments so I guess I’ll buy an old nuclear bunker to hunker down in until CV passes.

Cats by 4 tomorrow

*You mean acting like a maniac for 40 minutes twice a week will make you tired? Strange.

*Projected $100 BILLION dollar loss in airline revenues hopefully means there's going to be some good deals. Need a vacation.

*Zero confidence tomorrow. Expect the worst and hope for the best...and those kinds of things.

The Black Album is one of my favorite Hip Hop albums. I just don’t like his most of his stuff from 07-current.

Fair enough, but Jay Z's entire catalogue, save a few collabs and the recent 'I'm old' stuff is '07 and before.

-I'd consider a botique style cruise like Viking in Europe or even Alaska, but the cattle-hearding stuff like the Mega Ships in the Carribbean are just awful. They just go from one identical commericalized port to another, give you 6-8 hours to browse straw markets, lunch at Senor Frogs, or crowd onto a public beach, and then onto the next one. [sick] Sounds perfect for UKO though.

Old buddy who was close friends with my college roommate just succumbed to cancer after battling it for years. Used to hang out quite a bit at UK. Remember watching us win the title against Utah in 1998 and stroll down Aylesford toward the party with him like it was yesterday. No hyperbole, one of the nicest, friendliest people I’ve ever met. Dude fought it hard. Started Bands Against Cancer fundraiser up in NKY. Came back on him over the last few months. Left a wife and two little ones.

Three funerals/layouts in one week for dogdad. ****** week.

Would anyone be able to stay in the same room with Randall & Chad during a game?
