At the moment we went up 17 with 17 minutes to play we had shot 10 of 11 from the FT line to their 1 of 2.

By the end of the game FTs were UK 17/20 and UT 17/21.

Im not going to complain about officiating descrepancy because that’s too easy here and not focused on our issue last night.

For this team to be up that much and it mostly coming from Maxey attacking the rim like a mad man, then we should have been driving the ball relentlessly drawing more fouls and finishing from that point with more FTs than we did, and certainly more than UT who got 19 attempts from that point to our 11.

The strategy there is just off, and unexplainable to be honest considering it is well known our FT% is a huge key to our success. Attacking when up 17, drawing fouls and hitting FTs finishes that game off easily.

Would you guys have preferred we were down the entire game and were dominated from opening tip to final buzzer? We absolutely dominated for 30mins and were clearly the superior team and then shat down our legs and got careless. The most concerning part of the game is Hagans becoming almost unplayable. What the hell has happened to him.

I've always been under the impression that all time wins is what elevates us above the other blue blood programs for #1. It's unbelievable to me that we might lose that under Calipari to Kansas within 3-4 years. Never would have imagined that.

Well TBH I’m still pretty confident in this group, but in the last 5 minutes possessions ended by:

1- EJ saving a ball, being called out when it looked like he wasn’t......all after a bad 3 by Hagans
2- Hagans throwing a bad lob to Richards.
3- Hagans tapping the ball out of Richards hands after a defensive rebound causing a TO.
4- Hagans not catching a pass allowing it to go in the backcourt for violation.
5- Maxey taking a bad 3, but there was a foul called so we retained possession.
6- Fulkerson driving and spinning with both EJ/Richards going for the block......however on the weak side Hagans stayed all the way out and watched the play while Pons was wide open for an easy putback because Hagans didn’t drop down to help.

That is about as bad of a 5 minute stretch a player can have, especially AFTER getting into it with the Head Ball Coach.

Hey krazy- gonna need you to STFU the next couple weeks. It’s March so we need to move aside and let the big kids discuss hoops. Your posts are a cute novelty to many around here and that’s all well and good. However —don’t get it twisted.

I didn’t log on from playa del Carmen to read your driveling assessment of Cal/Hagans.

Even Mark Pope thinks you should shut it down and wait till Augusta.

Funkhouser was the best supporting character on Curb. Stole every single scene he was in.

Kind of hoping he "dies" this season and we get to see Larry give his eulogy.

I just watched again to see how the touch it happened... I know, I know. Might as well punch myself in the nuts repeatedly.

We took a 17-point lead with 16:53 left. Here is what happened after that... (I was quickly jotting **** down, so this may be off a point or 2 here or there)

FG: UK 7-23 | UT 14-25

3PT: UK 2-7 | UT 4-7

FT: UK 6-8 | UT 15-18

REB: UK 8 | UT 24

AST: UK 2 | UT 6

STL: UK 2 | UT 4

FOUL: UK 12 | UT 7

TO: UK 8 | UT 7

Embarrassing to say the least.

Maxey and Quick were driving in trying to get calls, but didn't get them.
Ashton looked great when he came back in then turned back in to the spastic twit he has become. Especially the last 3 minutes or so.
Richards was flat out awful. Dick fingered a ton of balls. Watched UT players flying after boards.
Maxey and Quick did a lot of standing and watching, too.
EJ did next to nothing.
We gave up a ton of offensive rebounds. Surprise, surprise.
We missed some open looks, but generally tried to make things tougher than they were.
We flat out got out hustled. We were too cool.

I’ll grant your wish bud, but please, pretty please edit that **** regardless if this small group knows or not.

Then GFY!

Edit: Someone please reach out to him and ask him to edit that. TIA

Eh. Geese Feeder is a noted whiny *****. So who gives a ****.

I give a **** when he posts my personal business info on a public message board, especially when said info has been told to people by saying “I’m not disclosing this info, but”

That’s about the most ***** thing I’ve seen here.:100points:

I didn’t know those were the only two options. Personally, I’d have preferred pushing a 17 point lead to 25. I’d have even settled with winning the game by 1 point.

So four years ago she had terminal brain cancer?

Suzi isn't the best side character on the show, but she's the most important. She treats Larry the way any sensible human would, which reminds us how ridiculous he is. It's the counterpoint to the rest of the show. It's great to watch every other character justifying Larry, or confused by him, or halfway or fully agreeing with him... you've gotta have the occaisonal "F*** you, Larry, you piece of sh*t!!!!"

Willy, Ron, Chad, Gonzo, et. al. Don’t do this to yourselves. I care about you.

Again- I’ve never been a “don’t get your hopes up” person. Doesn’t make sense to me. No matter where my hopes are, it’s going to suck when UK loses. So’ I’ll be semi-optimistic and if we lose, I’ll be fine in a few days.

Appreciate the concern.

Krazy, be damn glad you weren’t around 10-15 years ago. You’d be in a fetal position crying like a Snowflake and would never live it down.
That post about double dipping on other’s misfortune over a tornado would have gotten your *** tarred and feathered and dragged naked down a gravel road with a log chain.
Just sayin’

Krazy should be happy we lost that game as it stole all the thunder from his disaster profiteering.

Nova-Seton Hall pretty fun game. Powell’s one of those dudes who if he’s hot, doesn’t matter what you throw at him.
