-Get a 2-4 SEED and lets get on with it. Only about 3 teams I'd prefer to avoid until the E8 and I'm sure we'll be paired with them.

-When engaged our D is just filthy and it's getting better.

-Hard to pin, "this team doesn't blow people out" on anyone but Cal. We've had several blowout potential leads late in the 2nd half only to squander them in the last 3 mins. Fat wop.

-Trying to be positive because IQ, Richards, Maxey and even Montgomery(to a lesser extent) continue to get better but Hagans is headed the wrong way.

-XFL miking up the officials and replay booth needs to be the standard across all sports. Fantastic.

-Who else got their ear and lip punched off this weekend? Damn. Was really wanting Wilder to knock Fury out.

-Let's get this HB 137 passed this week. Come on KY don't let us down. We can do it.

-This Bernie momentum reminds me of Trump 2016. If he gets the nomination the next 6 months is going to be lunacy. Caint wait.

* Heard on a podcast that there are 10 teams in the SEC who are called for at least 18 fouls per game. In the ACC, there are two such teams. In the Big Ten... zero. Great product we have here.

* On the all time wins list, we started the season up 19 on Kansas and 32 on UNC. We're now up 17 on Kansas and (lol) 44 on UNC.

* Game tomorrow could be tricky.

* Conference tournaments start next week.

When Cal called the TO with a little over a minute to play and yelled at Maxey for trying to drive, I said we were about to pucker up.

  • I recall having a relatively easy bracket the last couple years (which we of course didn’t take advantage of).
  • Count me in as concerned for a Bernie presidency; hate Trump all you want for his antics and methods, but he's not governing from the far right. Bernie - and if he ushers in a huge wave of leftists in Congress - will push a hard left agenda.
  • I can't overstate this - I loved the officiating in the Florida game - lots of bumps that were no-calls, and I don't recall them going to the monitor to check if anyone's elbow accidentally tapped somebody in the nose for a flagrant 50 or whatever they call that now. As long as the players don't fully adjust and start being chippy all the time we'll have a better product.
  • I'm glad almost all of you all realize that Lunardi is a space filler on ESPN and do not get bent out of shape over his takes, at least until conference tournament time.
  • Not a fan of our inbounds plays the last two games. Cal's attitude of "you guys are better athletes so just get open" is how you lose games. Can Cal not get a little creative in those spots? You know, like we did in 4th grade basketball when you run some sort of stack and screen to get the damn ball in?

-Baby Boy turns 1 tomorrow. He's pretty much that dude already. Only fusses if he's hungry or tired. Sleeps from 7:30 pm - 8:00 am like clockwork. Just a great baby thus far. #blessed

-Bringing home a dozen roses while grocery shopping is just a great value play. $9.99 and Dad's pretty much back.

-Unofficial 20 year pledge class reunion this weekend in Lex. About 10 of us. Near campus AirBnB. Ruby's Friday night. Watching hoops all day Saturday. What's the play these days for gameday drinking in Lexington? Pretty excited tbh.

-Florida's basketball unis have always been forgettable trash. Have liked Auburn's lately FWIW.

-We win out and make it to the SEC finals we're a GD 3 (only because I suppose we're banned from the 2 line). FOH with anything else.

Keep this in GYERO, but every year I buy a subscription from Bouqs.com to have flowers delivered once a quarter to my wife at work. Costs like $120 and I just have to set it and forget it.

Always nice to get a text with pictures of the flowers that I so thoughtfully had delivered.

At the end of the Laker’s game last night they had to inbound the ball to get fouled and Lebron was just throwing it up for AD to catch. The announcers were saying how much of a luxury it was to have a 7 footer they could throw it to knowing he’d catch it and then have him hit the free throws. If only we had a 7 footer that could hit free throws at a good clip...smdh
My phone was getting blown up this morning and I kept hitting the FU button since I didn’t crash until almost 5 this morning. Finally looked at it and it appears it’s my birthday....again....damn, I actually made it to 62.....Old AF!!

- I'm guessing that Lunardi moved us from a 3 to a 4 because of geographical preference. People forget about that.

- I refuse to believe that a major party will nominate a freaking communist as a presidential candidate. Yet here we are. Will be interesting how his bros react when he gets screwed over again.

Can't believe SAE is passing on a chance to witness a great home & home series (the best we have currently) in Rupp Arena - he lives for those.

Speaking of Day Drinking - crew tore up the SportsBook Saturday. What a crazy *** blown cover, turned miracle backdoor. 90% of that place was on UK and having a complete meltdown watching our ********, which turned to extreme jubiliation at the buzzer. Our table had about $700 on it. Fun times.

Richie should charge admission for those lucky enough to watch a game with him, btw :joy: -always an experience.

Same here, but you have me by 10 years.

Our problems are fixable. Hagans just had a great game a few games back. Not playing at Rupp will help this squad. The whole team follows Hagans, he is clearly the leader.

Was THE first on record that IQ is the best / most consistent player on the team.

LOL, "one of the things I thought I would never say about this team, foul us." Well we have only been one of the best free throw shooting teams all year. Pay attention.

A win is a win. Why not UK ?

My three sons took me to play golf for my birthday yesterday. I am feeling it today. Old.

Watched the Fury / Wilder fight, asked several times, "Is Wilder high ?" The whole two mile walk to the arena thru the kitchen, hotel, halls he just looked off.

It went from 7 to 15 when he first went out until they started pressing.

That's true, but going from 15 to 3 with him out of the game kind of shows he doesn't "singlehandedly keep us from blowing teams out." He gets plenty of help in that department.

Hagans has to cut down on the careless TO's. He simply has to. He can't just drive down the middle and jump in the air with no idea of where he is going with the ball.

But for us to be good enough to win it all, he has to be on the floor.

What annoys me the most is that Cal doesn't seem bothered by this. That, and Hagans seems to be getting looser with the ball if that's even possible.
